Unironically, a question about the conditional release. If a person is a severe alcoholic or addict, he cannot just suddenly stop consuming, or he will risk death or serious health problems. Does nobody think about it and the attitude is "suffah for being an addict"?
Nick easily could’ve had his attorney negotiate something with the DA’s office to get him into rehab if we was actually serious. They hate wasting time with drug crimes and would like a situation where they can make a deal and not have to expose the public to Nick’s degenerate sex life.

Doing some thinking, they should have $100,000 in equity in the house(s) to cover the security for both bonds. The barrier is either getting $10,000 in cash to pay the bondsman's fee or Balldo being a complete asshole and not being willing to put up $5,000 to bail out Our Wife.

But even if the barrier is just not having enough cash on hand, what kind of asshole bonds himself out before his wife? Oh, that's right. We're talking about Balldo here. A puckering, yet withered and dry asshole.

Aaron forgot it is 3 against 1. He should have kept his mouth shut.

Yes and no. Those other 3 are directly associated with actual crimes. They would find it extremely difficult and dangerous to try and implicate someone else because it would tend to bounce back on them. They can't really get Aaron (as far as I know) without damaging their own legal position.

That this great plot to get Aaron is supposedly led by an incredibly stupid comicsgate whore (Ana) makes it even less credible.

Legal Mindset/Andrew also seems to have come around. This dude is a weird one to me, he seems alright for the most part, but then he did all those streams with Drexel and went full in on the MGTOW/PUA shit and that's a level of cringe it's hard to come back from. Anyone know if he still does those?
No. Because Drex has been MIA for a long time now.

There has been no notice filed by any attorney that she is being represented. Her having conditional bond means that there's only enough money for one of them to go out doing blow and it's not going to be Kayla.
Willing to give Nick the benefit of doubt that he does have the money for Kayla but it’s currently being snorted up Nick’s nose

:really:

They won't release it publicly. But damn straight that gets played to any jury in support of Child Neglect.
I think they’ll blank out the faces and references to names but I could see them keeping the words in since it’s contextual and they want to support what they put in their police report and warrants. They want to put pressure on Nick to make a deal or the DA wants to fuck with him for political reasons, either way they want a PR win.

I guess Nick said something like "I need to be out to manage and fix everything" and Kayle is literally too retarded to do shit, but do they really not have 100K? not even Kayla's family, the trustfund money, Rekieta's own money?
Nick is not so absurdly rich to have $100k in cash sitting around. People with more money than Nick, at least those good with it, will tend to have to it making money for them, even the cash they would like to have readily available. A reasonable five figure saving for immediate use, a money market account to draw more from, a variety of CDs that mature at different times to be used if necessary, investments they can more easily liquidate, etc. Rich people have assets and some cash on hand, not a Scrooge McDuck money vault in their checking account.

Kayla not having paid the bond tells me it’s highly possible Kayla has retained her own counsel and this guy isn’t a fucking retard and is instructing her to stay clean.
It could also be that probation hasn’t asked her to test yet so there’s no reason to put up the money until they request something she doesn’t want to do.

They don't ask to test. They tell you to test. They don't want to give you an opportunity to buy some clean urine or do all the other retarded shit that junkies do to beat tests.

Not to mention cops took all their $100 bills because they were using them to snort cocaine

Just because she is probably more capable of raising the kids better if she got clean. Nick's a narcissist so he will never care about them.
And you think she's not? She's been on the same coke fuled, not feeding the kids, being a dumb whore bender that Balldo has. Actually she may have been even worse. Nick still kind of looks like himself, she looks like a ghost of her former self.

Haven't people speculated he bought those at over the market value for a partial tax write-off (amount paid - market value = amount tax deductible)?

If so, they probably won't be worth anything close to what he paid for them unless someone lied to the IRS about the market value, right?

Not 100% on the tax law of these kinds of things though.
That’s not how it works, he could only get the write off when he sells the property. You can’t recognize a loss on an asset upon purchase even if you did an exchange as the basis would be whatever you paid for it/value of the item traded.

I agree that seeing one of the Nick's children asking for clean clothes would be heartbreaking, and would change a lot of the public opinion. But is there a real chance that we will see it?
From what AnOminous said, they will probably cut all the children part of the bodycam footage, right?
Blur their faces, maybe mute if they say anything identifiable or sexually related. Those are the things I remember you can "censor" as a matter of course.

There are things and circumstances that can add to that narrow field but it would be extraordinary and usually require additional findings or ruling by prosecutors or via an AG opinion.

Rarely is muting sound, disguising faces, license plates and such a problem. You go clipping video, that's a different discussion from a FOIA perspective. That said, being responsive to a narrower request may allow for video segments vs. entire file.

While more accepted in audio files, like 911 calls, generally the sound is redacted but the length of the call is left intact.
