I was watching Legal Mindset earlier and I didn't expect Tanya Tate to be one the viewers and members of his channel.

I simplified the principal/agent stuff. The background of how bonds really work is quite complex (as are most financial shenanigans nowadays).Nah, United States Fire Insurance Company is the bonding company's surety. ABB doesn't actually put up $50k, they just sign an IOU. The surety backs up those IOUs in the event a defendant goes AWOL, the bond is forfeited, and the bonding company can't come up with the money. The surety would pay the court and collect from the bondsman.
Not sure where they got the info or if it's true but someone earlier in the thread said no drug residue was found on the brass.VVVVVV
But he also says he hasn't fired a gun in 5 years, so either A: the shell casing was brought in by someone else at some point; B: the shell casing was there when he moved in and the room hasn't been cleaned ever; or C: he used it for his drug habit.I've got spent shell cases in my car, my backpack, some of the pockets I wear to my range, my gun room. Never even seen hard drugs in my life. Not defending Nick but at least where I live it's not all that weird to have some brass laying around.
I think the most likely scenario is that he shot outdoors at some point legally and brought the casings into the bedroom just to make a "coke bullet" joke when he was high and totally forgot about it.That really depends on whether it's really "spent" vs. "empty", which will be really easy to verify based on the residue in the casing. I still think it's a red herring though, it's so easy to have spent casings unaccounted for even with modest shooting.
it sounds like you might actually be firing a gun, which nick just said he hasn't. seems odd.I've got spent shell cases in my car, my backpack, some of the pockets I wear to my range, my gun room. Never even seen hard drugs in my life. Not defending Nick but at least where I live it's not all that weird to have some brass laying around.
Nick forgot he had a Remington 870.If this message is real, Nick is a fucking idiot. He's basically admitting that he's using the smokeless gunpowder to make brown brown, because why else would there be spent .22 shell casings in his room?

Or he could just be actually retarded and lied about not firing guns (or forgot (because he's retarded))But he also says he hasn't fired a gun in 5 years, so either A: the shell casing was brought in by someone else at some point; B: the shell casing was there when he moved in and the room hasn't been cleaned ever; or C: he used it for his drug habit.
The only real way you beat a rap like this is if you get the evidence excluded. Sometimes they'll take what's called a conditional plea where you plead guilty but reserve the right to contest the search on appeal, and if you win that in part or in full, those charges generally go away. You don't fight a case like this. No sane person fights a case like this. You cooperate. You make a deal. You do a program. You avoid prison.
((( Drugs™ )))Nick seems to have short term memory loss.
LM said at the end of his stream tonight that he regrets doing sex topics on his show and that he sticks to law and anime now. He said his viewers complained about the sex stuff, so he adjusted, in order to keep growing his channel. (What a novel concept!)Sean and Nate have been great from the get-go in covering this, a nice surprise.
Kurt needed to fight through the autistic loyalty he showed for the man he thought was his friend, but he seems to be coming around to the facts.
Legal Mindset/Andrew also seems to have come around. This dude is a weird one to me, he seems alright for the most part, but then he did all those streams with Drexel and went full in on the MGTOW/PUA shit and that's a level of cringe it's hard to come back from. Anyone know if he still does those?
I grew up knowing people with addict parents and they were definitely too scared to knock on the doors in their house or even be seen too much. Living like that gives you the ability to recognize different people's footsteps from the other side of the house so you can quickly hide or be uninteresting. Addicts often lash out pretty randomly. Chill one minute (or for hundreds of minutes), then they realize "AHH MY LIFE IS OUT OF CONTROL, MUST REGAIN CONTROL" but for some reason they can project it onto children and suddenly get obsessed and paranoid. They start freaking out.Another element to "why can't a 16 year old parent 4 children" is that multiple junkies also lived in the house and I'm not sure they all went to all the same activities at the same time. So you might have hours where it's only the younger kids, for example. A 16 year old is going to be in different church/homeschool groups than a 6 year old.
Good catch, I wonder if he's been telling lies like this to the police as well as the people he's dmingMay 11th Stream:

For all of his willingness to admit to almost any depravity imaginable, Drex has always seemed to be hardcore very against drugs.No. Because Drex has been MIA for a long time now.

At a range with other people shooting, it is easy as hell to get a 22 shell in your bag or in a fold of your clothes. If other people were shooting the last time he went to the range, the .22 brass from a guy 7 feet down the firing line could have easily been ejected and landed in cokeitas gun case.If this message is real, Nick is a fucking idiot. He's basically admitting that he's using the smokeless gunpowder to make brown brown, because why else would there be spent .22 shell casings in his room?

He's also very against hanging out with thug types. Always saying not to hang out with those types since guns pop out quickly and you end up on the news. For all of his willingness to admit to almost any depravity imaginable, Drex has always seemed to be hardcore very against drugs.
