It’s better yeah you get the full back if you pony it up yourself. The bondsman keeps their 10% either way.

It’s hard to come up with fifty grand that fast, and ten percent is not terribly high all things considered. It’d probably take a week or so to get a loan on a house, etc.

If this bodycam footage is even half as bad as it sounds, Nick would be a total idiot to take this to trial (well, even more of an idiot than he was already). Imagine a jury of people from his hyper-rural Trump country and that bodycam footage is played in court with his little daughter coming out and asking the police for clean clothes?
