I knew Nick was secretly Mossad. The balldo was just an excuse to get dirt on everybody.

Yep totally MOSSAD. Makes you wonder about his nose when the father has it and made his PFP this.

TUG says that the police had no interest in child safety because they waited seven days to do the raid. Camelot suggested Nick was saying the same thing to him.
The willful blindness is staggering. It is said that children are NOT in danger but neglect was suspected. I'm pretty convinced cops watched kids the entire week, if they are attending classes, and had followups with reporters on the conditions of the kids. The fact that his drug abuse caused the warrant that revealed his child neglect doesn't make child neglect any better, but these idiots chose not to say that.

In fact his child neglect lead the cops to discover drugs. If he took care of his family none of this would have happened. But it's the state that doesn't care for the kids because they waited 6 days to act. Nick is the good parent, state is the bad parent, sure thing.

Vic seems like he is washing his hands of this whole deal. Any money left over from getting the bodycam footage needs to be donated to a charity of some sort. My opinion is it should be donated to a Minnesota child abuse charity of some sort in Nick's name.

Either that, or to that church for doing God's work and reporting the child abuse.

I'm sure Vic would want that as well, he seems like a heckin wholesome guy (though admittedly I do not know him very much, but I'd say 95% of people would want to help out abused kids, or helping a church out that did God's work)
Donate it to ALSAC. They'll send it back and then Null can keep it guilt free.

I think the funniest thing is Nick's biggest fans having the least amount knowledge about the US legal system. Are they pretending to be retarded for Nick or are they actually that stupid?
You ever meet someone whose really into true crime docudramas?

"Always bet on Barnes"

A bet that will lose every time.

This is demanding there to be edits of the bodycam footage of the crackhome with these two smirking retards plastered on it. Maybe some voice over of Barnes talking about how everything was fine and it was all a conspiracy.
I will do it, I'll gladly put those retards and their cope right over the worst parts of the bodycam footage. Including Good Lawgic saying "the neglect was remedied before the police raid" and that "the kids are equivalent to CNN" these "lawyers" don't deserve to have their stupidity memory holed.

Nick reached out to camelot yesterday. They are still bros according to Nick.

Nick wants to take accountability for everything that has happened. But not accountability for anything in particular. So according to Camelot Nick is on the right path now.

TUG and Camelot are talking about how they and all their buddies were gathering up to do an intervention. Because Nick only had a problem a few days before that. It happened so fast that none of them could do anything.

TUG says that the police had no interest in child safety because they waited seven days to do the raid. Camelot suggested Nick was saying the same thing to him. Camelot was baiting a whole new conspiracy theory around the seven day wait and how the warrant wasn't valid or honest.

Nick is supposedly desperate to show that nothing was wrong with the kids and nothing that happened was about the kids. Camelot says that the children related charges will maybe re-evaluated in a couple days.

TUG repeats over and over that the police had no interest in doing anything about the kids. That it was all a conspiracy to get Nick on drug charges.
TUG and Coomalot have two of the most disgusting voices I’ve ever had the misfortune of hearing. I actually struggle to identify which one causes the most visceral revulsion. Two of the most sickening human shaped piles of tapeworm filled excrement that manage to give Balldo a challenge for being the most repugnant disappointments in their circle. It’s almost like they purposefully assembled a group of the people I would most like to see die in a fire. Nick, Vito, EVS, JuJu, Coomalot, TUG, and Ethan Ralph should all shit themselves inside out from their respective festering prolapsed anuses.

More with TUG and Camelot:

- Nick has stopped responding to people online and is working toward something better.
- Nick's whole concern now is the kids. He just wants his kids back.
- This stuff with Nick is "real". Its not like Nick going after Eric July.
- If Nick goes to rehab, he is admitting to being a drug user and being guilty. Or going to rehab will screw up a plea deal.
- Camelot told Nick to stay off social media and focus on his family. Nick then told camelot his kids were not in the house and it broke camelot's heart. They took Nick's kids. Unless you just hate Nick, you have to have empathy for him losing his kids.
- Nick's kids didn't have clothes because lots of kids always create competition for clothing. Someone says that in Chat and camelot says he can see that perspective.
- Camelot thinks Nick might be thinking about rehab even though he never said he was thinking about it.
- They mention the church footage of Nick shaking. Camelot says its no different than what he does on race day. People are reading things into that footage that are not there.

Some of the best spinets from the first hour of Lead Attorney's stream.

  • [Missed timestamp] "I'm too black to understand anime", or something along these lines.
Might also be from later in, since I started the stream when he was finishing it.
  • 29:13 "Can someone explain me who these Kiwifarms people are?".
  • 30:51 "I found this channel, their name is Kino Casino. They do not like Nick".
  • 38:25 Superchat: "Lead you gotta understand the "Sektur" to know Kiwifarms, Kino Casino and Drexel sleeping with his stepdaughter".
  • 39:25 "The heavyset dude [on Kino Casino] is talented", plus further PPP endorsement.
  • 52:00 Presented without commentary.
Lead is a real one. Heartfelt.

Probably got their legal knowledge from watching his streams.
That's Nick's only real contribution to society. It's making sure that, by giving out literal blackjack and hookers legal advice all of his libertine druggie balldowashers will end up doing hard fucking time when they get caught. There's always a silver lining. In this case it's more white and powdery than silver, but whatever have you.

Nice.

So are we 100% sure Kayla didn't post bond and is on supervised release instead?

Also, according to the bond docs above, Nick only had to post $5k (10%).

Why would Nick post the bond but not Kayla?

Surely they must have $10k cash between the two of them, right?

Even if the bond had to be fully collateralized, they must have $100k in other assets (cars, house), right?

Why Nick, but not Kayla? Is this a money thing? Why else?

I've heard the theory that Kayla has her own attorney that's advising her differently than Nick, but that doesn't really makes sense to me.

I can't see why an attorney would advise their wealthy & chemically dependent client (Kayla) to sign up for a conditional bond (state drug tests), if the client can afford unsupervised release & private concierge outpatient treatment and chemical detox? Or am I wrong about that?

From my view, you'd always want to post the unconditional bond (if you could afford it), so you can get your life back together without having the sword of Damocles (violating a condition) hanging over your head.

Nick clearly is doing unsupervised these so he can keep drinking legally (possibly more).

What's Kayla's deal?

“It’s not from the raid, but it’s prior to the raid.” 🤔

I’m going to guess these are pics Aaron took and is sharing. I’m also going to guess that however filthy and disgusting it was when Aaron was there, it was probably much, much worse by the time the cops got there, about two months after Aaron left. The house likely deteriorated proportionally with Nick and Kayla’s physical deterioration.
