Are you looking at a calendar from this year? Because they were popped on the Thursday before Memorial Day. They were released the next day, Friday. So your whole timeline has Memorial Day in the wrong place.

There will always be a warrant judge available 24x7. Even on a Holiday Weekend. 1 of the 3 was around to sign off on something important. There just are no hearings Sat, Sun and Monday. Nick and Kayla were lucky to get out on Friday otherwise they would have been stuck until Tuesday.

I had the right day for Memorial Day (last Monday of May) but I forgot the day they got pinched. I completely forgot about them potentially being held over the weekend. I thought he got picked up on Tuesday for some reason when I checked the calendar to see when 6 days ago was.

I think it was hilarious, but not because of the actual charge, I found it funny because people of his status almost NEVER face any sort of punishment. The actual charge was utter bullshit and politically driven. My thoughts on that would just derail this thread and that's not what i wanna do. (i think he took the lesser of some much more serious charges)

No it was October 2023 when Chrissie Mayr didn’t attend her show in MN because her dad was shot and killed. Nick failed spectacularly attempting stand up, it’s was god awful.
