all these people saying the 16 year old should have stepped up and done all this arent considering the fact hes probably the only person in that house with an actual daily 8 hour commitment if he really is going to a private school instead of being homeschooled.

its funny how nose guards will give the parents a pass for their coke and debauchery taking time away from taking care of their children but wont give the same grace to the kids themselves.

truly vile people

Someone should ask EVS if he would back up EJ if he had the same accusations against him.

Honestly it probably doesn't matter if the washing machine was accessible. Unless they have a model that is aimed towards larger families there has to be a shit ton of clothes for a 7 person household (8 if you count April) and imagine how lost a kid might be if they've never washed their own clothes before.
Yep, 7-8 family members plus daily towels equal a load of clothes. It isn't that hard to tell kids to put their clothes and towels in the washer/hamper. Then, turn on washer after kids go to bed. Nick was up all hours of night, anyway.
You're expecting too much. Nick is a stallion that needs to be buck broken. He'll have that moment, probably, but it won't be for awhile. Unless the Noseguards don't stop. If Barnes and Viva and TUG and EVS don't fucking stop, then yeah Nick stands 0 chance at what would've been an easy case.
That moment may come, but he is on a timeline. A year from now he could have his kids or he could be facing termination of rights. They will extend it if he is making effort, but that moment needs to come pretty quickly.

I have to say, I don't think Nick has track marks and I don't think the marks on his arms are really evidence of IV drug use.

When you do uppers, especially for long periods of time, especially without sleeping, you pick at yourself. It's just a behavior humans exhibit when in that state. It's an obsessive self grooming kind of behavior.

I've heard a lot of people in real life say things like "Methheads have so many sores because meth is toxic and it comes out in your sweat and melts your skin" or stuff like that. The truth is that they just pick at themselves obsessively. Picking at scabs, and picking at places where you have the "bugs under your skin" feeling, is very very common.

I knew Nick would latch onto one insignificant thing that people got wrong, or exagerated, in order to cover for himself.
"I didn't have track marks, that's insane! I was just geeked/tweaking and picking at myself! Therefore, everyone talking bad about me is totally wrong!"

I'm going to guess the Catholics in the thread are right about how excommunication from a Catholic church doesn't work that way. He's most likely protestant since Catholics are a minority in Minnesota (I also remember something a while back about him being Lutheran), but that doesn't change much. His church will most likely pray for him instead of punishing him. This nigga needs some prayer anyway.

Regardless, I'm not sure where the idea that it'd be cool if he was kicked out of Christianity comes from. It's fun to watch the trainwreck but from a Christian perspective, it just does not make sense to turn people away. The faith has multiple prophets and 1 apostle who used to be complete and utter trainwrecks.

His church did their part by running to the police in the hopes they'll get the kids some damn soap and the eldest a psych eval. Now we just focus on the drama while it lasts. My bet is that after being dragged out for a few years, he'll get a very nice plea deal that doesn't reflect his crimes at all and the grifting will be turned up to 11 as he struggles to pay bills.
They're some kind of offshoot non-denominational type branch of Lutheranism. Like if you dumped a bunch of Scandinavian Lutherans into the middle of nowhere and they had to make their own way in regards to faith.

I am not super familiar with a lot of these low church style Protestant churches but I think the more conservative ones will disfellowship with a person if they're blatantly unrepentant about certain toxic public sinning.

I would speculate that there is a part of him that actually cares to some extent, but it's buried far beneath his thirst for all things degenerate.
Nick only cares insofar as he can make priest jokes.

Expecting a 16 year old to take care of 4 other kids, clean up a 5000+ square foot house, as well as look after the 4 junkies trashing it is an insane ask.
I am once again here to tell the uninitiated that even being a full grown responsible adult, staying ahead of the filth junkies generate is impossible. Let alone for kids who need multiple dedicated drivers to take them to all of their activities.

Someone should ask EVS if he would back up EJ if he had the same accusations against him.
Forget child neglect, Eric July committed the true crime - implemented industry standard Buy Now Pay Later options (EVS prefers Pay Now Buy Later Never).

Next EVS will say: 'if that kid didn't want to be touched by Vito why didn't he fight harder?'

“Look, guys, seriously look, Kayla and Nick were SUCH CARING parents that their children wanted for nothing and had built no real world skills. So, you see, going on a months-long coke bender was just a form of tough love. They had to do it because they knew if they were sober they’d love their kids TOO much and provide for them too much again.”

As ridiculous as some of these folks are running cover, I’m calling it now.

Any of these baldowashers that think the child neglect (that is child abuse) is not reasonable are insane coping. And throwing the blame on the children (the real victims) is retarded. I wish this could go to trial for them all to witness their own retardation.

#1. Nick is not a responsible father - having 26 grams of cocaine at your home with your children isn't responsible. Isn't just about having the drug at your home. You are opening your life, and the life of your children to a risk. Having illegal drugs at your home is an invite for people that don't care much about the law (Imholtes) and people who want to enforce it (the police) to barge into your home. Nick is deliberately exposing his children to this. I won't expect responsible fatherly decisions from him.

#2. If Nick can appear like that with the camera on, imagine with the camera off.
Anyone that thinks that when this man turns off the camera he'll suddenly transforme into a rational thinking person is fucking mad. For all I know, if he's like that when recording, the moment the camera turns off he's even worse. A man like that CANNOT take care of children.

#3. It's not normal for children to ask for clothes to a strange man that just barged into your home.
sameclothes2.png

Nick is trying to say that the teacher that reported this above is just a liar that is out there to get him.
sameclothes.png

But now think about that. Unknown men just broke the door into their home. And this child is asking for some new clothes to a person she never met before in which her mother is refusing to speak to. What the hell, this is fucked up man.
I'm sure that the teacher and these "mean" police officers were just out there to get Nick. But for all I care, they were for a fucking good reason.

I would only consider giving this drug addict child abuser the benefit of the doubt if he was trying to stride the path of redemption and going to a rehab clinic. You know, showing at least a little that you care more of your children than you care about drugs. But this man is defiant as ever. I hope he burns, and brings all of the retards that defend these actions with him.

Fuck Nick. You will go to Hell.

EDIT: Redacted the name of the child.
And I'm only repeating all of these known points because their strategy is isolating only the "can't wash the clothes and feed themselves" aspect and ignoring the whole picture.

Does she even want it anymore? Whichever way you treat what Imholte says, she was complicit in all of this. She did the drugs just the same if not even more (I'm pretty sure she took antidepressants before Nick even had a first whiff of coke). She didn't take the kids and run when Nick was fucking April. She didn't say "no I don't want to go to Jamaica to fuck other people".

I'm sick and tired of people thinking all will go well once Nick goes straight. She's as much crooked as he is and unless they both have a come to Jesus moment AND they both decide that there's still something between them worth fighting for THEN MAYBE with enough time and healing things may go back to normal for them

I don't believe it will though
I don’t think Nick wants the marriage, but I think Kayla does and is very codependent on Nick. I think her being Christian homeschooling SAH super mom of five AND coke whore swinger wife were both roles she jumped into to be what she believed Nick wanted her to be.

I think Nick also needed to ensure Kayla didn’t have “clean hands” in case they did end up in divorce court.

I don’t know much about Kayla’s family background but I think she comes from religious, middle class, normie family. When someone from a much higher socio-economic status joins a family of a lower one the dynamics can get very fucked. This includes guy with $20 an hour job marries into family of welfare leeches to a guy with a giant trust fund marrying into a normie family. No doubt Kayla’s family was thrilled their daughter married a guy whose family wealth ensured economic security and very comfortable living for her, and all their kids, even if Nick drank more than worked.

Nick could get away with a lot of bad and dumb shit, among Kayla’s family, thanks to his $$$. Double this is they are actually serious evangelical Christians where it’s her duty to obey and serve Nick anyway. Safe bet Nick has extended some of his largess to certain members of her family which gets them firmly on team Balldo. Even stuff like giving a relative their old car when they bought a brand new one or all the kids hand-me downs to cousins can be a big deal to working families. Nick’s wealth gave him status among Kayla’s family and hometown - status he wouldn’t have among his own family.

If Kayla’s sister was actually one of the people who reported on Nick it shows how bad things had gotten. They protected and covered up until it reached a point that scared them. I had wondered where the hell her family was in all of this because they would have seen how off the rails it had gotten long ago. Kayla’s sister probably had the audacity to say shit to Nick, and maybe been Kayla’s shoulder to cry on. This would have marked her as an enemy to Nick. He now seems to be trying to blame a lot of this on her. I’d bet this sister had been cut off, or got the cold shoulder, from them months ago and if Kayla spoke to her it was without Nick knowing.

I think Kayla’s family realized they could lose everything with the way the drug abuse was spiraling if something major didn’t intervene. Nick was telling everyone concerned it was fine and to fuck off. Nick was careening off a cliff with the pedal to the metal and his family in tow.

But when I comes to divorce, no matter what Kayla actually feels towards Nick, I think she has many reasons to fear divorce and want to avoid it. She’s gone down a hellish road to stay married.
Ten reasons Kayla didn’t divorce Nick.
1. Unless Kayla would eat shit, Nick would make a divorce difficult, nasty and painful. Attorneys have well earned reputation for scorched earth divorces
2. Losing her identity as Nick’s wife
3. Losing the trust fund secured lifestyle
4. Kids go through hell
5. Her family losing access to financial fringe benefits the wealth brought
6 Custody fight over four kids
7 20 years as a wife and SAHM suddenly being a divorced woman would be scary
8. Religious convictions about divorce and marriage. Shame.
9. She really does love Nick
10. She’s afraid to be alone and would be facing finding a new partner after 40 with five kids…and now with a public record of drug abuse and child neglect.

All that said I think Nick wants to keep her out of rehab and any sort of therapy because it would threaten his control over everything. Kayla buys into Nick’s total rational reasons for swinging and drug use, a counselor would not.

As for Nick I think he doesn’t want a divorce due to the money issue and control. He wants to be a coke head party boy getting regularly laid by strange, but the wife and kids made that difficult. I think he’s also a control freak and can’t tolerate the control he would lose over Kayla in a divorce proceedings. He would do a divorce if Kayla would never seek legal representation and sign whatever he put in front of her.

Nick is in a hell right now. Given his current predicament he needs to keep April and Kayla happy and quiet. They both pose real danger to him. Imagine having to quit coke, keep your panicked emotional wife and girlfriend happy, clean your disgusting house while Aaron Imholt gets the career break of his dreams and KF was proven 100% right.

Nick is in a hell even Dante would be impressed with due to its unique torments.

This is absolutely the case, he was just picking at himself

I can't tell what's worse, people like EVS going full noseguard and blaming the children, or people like Camelot who pay lipservice to the suffering of the children but then fist pump and dance while raking in hundreds of dollars.

Also, Camelot saying him and Kurt of Uncivil Law are "on the same page" vindicates me for hating Kurt this whole time. Crocodile tears can't fool me, piece of shit.

Lol my nigga Ashley Isaacs the lich queen has had a thread here for almost ten years.
Don’t say her name! You just ensured she will live another 5 years.

Eating disorders can be unpredictable when it comes to mortality. Bona fide Anorexia Nervosa has the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder, somewhere between 5-10% IIRC. I have seen cases where someone’s had a problem for under 5 years and they just drop dead one day. This is more common with AN/BP subtypes (anorexic bulimics) fucking up their electrolytes and dying of a heart attack, or from some kind of gastrointestinal rupture. And then there’s people like the lich queen, shambling corpses who are truly medical marvels.

Regardless, considering how much weight she’s lost and how she’s looking now, Kayla has definitely done some irreversible damage to her health. Between the drugs and starving herself, her physical health and mental acuity are likely not far behind her husband’s.

Is anyone really saying that? Most I’ve seen is people saying it’s common for 16 year olds to pick up some slack but I don’t see it as being promoted as a defense of nick. Seems most everyone is saying that doesn’t apply in this situation where the parents are zonked out and shit.
Sure. That is common story with alcoholic and junkie and insane parents. Older sibling taking role of adult. Some times it is 8 year old trying to find damn coins in the house to get some food for younger one. And shit like that.
Defense of Nick or not... Weird being like that they should be able to do that.
That thing about role of children in these situations is a bad thing to normal sane people.

This as my thought also. I really doubt he is using IV drugs, I suspect he is just picking at his arms.

So they neglected to keep FOOD in the house for their 5 children, but baldo and wife made sure to go out and stock up on just laundry detergent each week?

Ok, noseguard retards.
Why aren't these kids using the Internet? I googled "laundry detergent MSDS" and "laundry detergent diy", I got millions of results! This 16-year-old should be able to make his own laundry detergent. All you need is baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and dish soap. Make sure you store it well so little Timmy (6) doesn't drink it.

If daddy can correctly mix cocaine, ketamine and gunpowder, so can little Tommy. Look, there's even a scale and a mortar and pestle. Just make sure the white powder substance is dumped back in those Ziploc baggies.
