I shot myself in the foot discussing this earlier, but I am really curious what you guys think the role of the 16 year old is. To me, 16 is basically an adult. Adult enough to know when something needs to be done, anyway. When all this shit started happening, this 16 year old just went along with it for a year or more and just rode the wave? Earlier, people said he had a nanny and was upper middle class etc implying he was helpless, I am really curious if that the consensus; that he was so sheltered that he was totally helpless to know what to do at all. What are the general thoughts on this? I am not shitting on the kid, I am just wondering if I am off-base in wondering what he was thinking during this whole period. Maybe he was the one who brought it to the attention of people, idk.
Mother fucker shut up

So the main argument of Nick's defenders seems to be that his children are stupid and lazy.
Just wait. After that's run it's course, there will be a new slant or angle they will try, and it's all in the name of steering the conversation away from the criminals themselves. Did it work? You decide.

Locals doesn't like Sean and Andrew
How will Sean ever recover? The most delusional retards on the planet don't like him.

I think Kiwi Santa Claus will be fine. In fact, if they liked him, I would be a little concerned. They could tell me the sky is bright and blue, and I'd have to go outside and check to see if the sun blew up and we were plunged into eternal darkness.

I' m going to put this into the general discussion.

I think one of the children is "touched" in some way.

I think the Eldest is just a shy guy having a tough time. I think there is a female 2nd or 3rd who is on a scale.
Edit: Oh, apparently you didn't mean how I described it? If not, oh well, my point still stands I think.

This is a theory I've considered. I don't want it to be true, but I've thought about it.

Nobody tells as many child molestation jokes as he does, and have it not mean something a little deeper.

I have nothing else to base it on, but at this point ANY-thing is possible with this guy, and since people like him have to seek more and more degenerate stuff because the old stuff is eventually not enough anymore, it could go into dangerous territory. Plus he obviously doesn't give a fuck about the well being of his children.

I'm not saying he's balldo guarding. I'm worried he's getting into too deep and starting to go down the same road of lolcowdom that nick did. he's getting awfully close to ralph and other sekturds. also it was a joke, hopefully.
My biggest concern for Sean isn't any form of Balldo-guarding. It's him loudly snoring as he falls asleep during the trials he's watching.

Tbh if I am Nick, I would have been doing everything I possibly could to put all the blame for this on April right from square 1. As soon as someone asked him if she lived there, I would have said "yes, she fell on hard times and we let her move in" and opened the door up to her being the problem.
If he was smarter he could have tried to put the coke on her, her credit cards were found with it covered in coke.

Don't know that it would help him. His safe, his house, good DA would fucking shred him.

My oldest is that age. A teenager is someone who's about the size of an adult but still the mind of a child. They don't really get responsibility and why we as parents need to mentor that and drill that into them. You can trust them to do smaller tasks unsupervised but something like raising your four other siblings while mommy and daddy are coked out is ridiculous. Not just that but parents need to lead by example. Even if the kid was taking on that entire burden, there's still the stress of your parents strung out all the time.

I hate using pop culture as a reference but look how fucked up the Gallaghers were on Shameless. Even Fiona who did raise the kids had questionable morals herself due to the bad habits of her junkie parents. You can't just put a teen on autopilot and expect them to be a good person as an adult. The human brain continues to develop till your mid 20s. They need that interaction with their parents to further mentor them for the real world and those teenage years are crucial.

she's not gonna want to be with aaron again i think

my speculation is that she's probably staying with her own family (parents) for now. if they're smart they'll keep her off the internet and get her to keep her head down for a while, at least until the criminal cases relating to this whole fiasco are all over.
April's best move is an Onlyfans and a nice contract to promote Balldo.

Not joking, she's a useless junkie cumdumpster with the wall quickly approaching.

At least Rekieta won't have to talk about "Trump & guns! Trump & guns!" anymore.

Could you imagine all the superchats he could've not fed his family with if he streamed the Donald Trump trials up to and including the sentencing? He might've even had enough left over for a couple more $10k painting impulse purchases.

Because the inciting factor which led to the investigation which led to the police watching the coke stream which led to the search which turned up the drugs which led to their arrest was the child neglect accusations.
So if the eldest child had been able to do a better job of covering up the disfunction then Nick would still be getting drunk and high everyday, fucking whores, going to fetish clubs, and neglecting his kids. So clearly the eldest must hold some responsibility and not the druggie parents right?
So the entire argument comes down to: why didn't the eldest son do more to enable Nicks degeneracy?
Yeah thats a good summary of what they seem to be trying to go for.

YouTube "Lawyers" people.

Really something ain't they?

His comedy skills were too godlike to go to waste. Imagine wasting all that comedic talent into streaming Lawyery stuff. That's why he got arrested, he was the second coming of Robin Williams

He white knighted her until the end. Kayla ratted her out. April pointed the finger at both of them as she ran for the hills.

She's a soon-to-be divorced motherless coke addict of a woman who will be 30 years old in the next like 6 months, lived in filth, and had a polycule with the Cokeitas.

Nigga she passed that wall like the Mexican cartel trafficking drugs to Americans.

It's Ethan Ralph so he's probably lying, but... "My bank account!"

AHAHAHHAHAHHA!! Sorry, stupid. If she's an account owner or an authorized user and you DIDN'T close the accounts or remove her as an authorized user then you are FUCKED. You had DAYS to make a simple phone call and prevent her from taking the money you legally allowed her to access and you are NOT getting that cash back.

I hope so fucking much that this is true because he has zero recourse. Look at when Jon & Kate Plus 8 broke up and Jon cleaned out the bank account of their $100k nest egg and left Kate with nothing. Bitch couldn't do shit. Oh God, this is amazing.

If they had a warrant to enter the premises and the residents (including Nick) refused to cooperate. If they come to the door, present a warrant, your kid/wife refuse to open the door and you throw the warrant on the ground, they are going to enter the property any way they have to.
Do cops usually opt for property damage? I assume someone at the station should know how to pick a lock
You're not a child at 16 and yes, you should be expected to help with your younger siblings as you grow old enough to be an adult. It's hands on experience for you to become a parent yourself. Do you really find multi-generational households teaching the kids to be adults that objectionable? When I was 14 I was baby sitting other people's kids as a source of income. 14-16 used to be the age where local teenagers with good reputations started baby sitting younger kids for an evening while their parents went out for a while.
1: your parents were present, actively teaching you how to take care of yourself and others. You weren't just abandoned to figure it out on your own because you had no other choice.

2: You weren't taking on 100% of the care for all of your siblings all of the time while knowing your parents are ignoring all of you to get high. You were there to help pick up the slack and learn something, not carry the whole burden. Your siblings didnt go hungry if you didn't cook for them.

3: Kill yourself. Swiftly and with respect.
