Horrorcow Cecily Kellogg / CecilyK / Uppercase Woman - unrepentant terrible human being liked by no one.

Meanwhile, women around the world who would be wonderful mothers can't afford fertility treatments because they know stealing is wrong.

I honestly believe she never wanted to actually have a kid, she just wanted to whine to mommy bloggers about "muh fertility struggles". When she actually did get pregnant she made no effort to keep the babies, she did n the opposite. Now she treats her daughter like a cat or a doll. Fuck this bitch.

The best thing that could happen to this kid is the authorities getting involved in the Philly shit school. CPS would definitely get involved because what parents would send their children to a place where "age mixing magic" is encouraged.

Even a crappy public school would be a step up for this kid.

With all that information out on her mommy blog, you'd normally think social workers would be called upon. :_(

That's the thing that confused me the most, since I started reading this thread. Where are all the decent people? I'm almost certain that someone, somewhere, read her bullshit blog and thought "wow, what a nasty low whale, let's report her".
She have many followers, but approximately zero 'haters'. (Well, the Kiwis hate her, but we don't count, I'm talking about sjws or other moms)
I think we have here a severe case of "bystander effect". Maybe someone wanted to report her, but thought that maybe other person already did it. Idk, I'm only a shitposter on the Internet.

Sadly I think third wave feminism is largely responsible for this. In respectability politics criticizing a marginalized minority (in this case women) automatically makes you a social outcast in left wing circles so people let blatant abuse occur rather than risk being called sexist.

Yeah. I'm told that around the end of 2015, it was discovered that someone on tumblr was literally digging up the bones of poor black people from a potter's field to use in "witchcraft". And then selling them.

I mean, literally taking advantage of the poorest of the poor and using their remains for mallgoth bullshit. And claiming this was okay because something something magic.

Naturally, some people sprang to this douchebag's defense because they claimed to be genderqueer and "brown". (They were even whiter than ADF, iirc.)

Like, even Scooby Doo villain bullshit will get defended on the internet, so long as you claim to be oppressed. Child neglect getting a pass is horrible, but doesn't surprise me.

Women are the majority in the United States, though.

Tori's handwriting is on par with a kindergartener who hasn't quite learned how to hold a pencil, I doubt her reading ability goes much beyond beginner chapter books like Magic Treehouse (if that), and I don't have high hopes for her math abilities. Does anyone here think that maybe Cecily's mission is just to make sure Tori is always dependent on her? A lot of narcissistic parents will try to prevent their kids from succeeding so they'll always have someone around that needs them. They don't want their kids to forge a life for themselves, because everything needs to be about them. That's the only motivation I can think of for why a parent would deliberately cripple their child's development.

But what if you're the opressor? I mean, Cecily can scream all she wants that she is 'opressed', but in reality, she is the opressor of her daughter.

She absolutely fucking is. The key to that tactic is being able to sell yourself as totally oppressed, whether or not you actually are. Jordham and ADF, for example, are actually white dudes from the east coast, but endlessly talk about how they're totally "brown" women.

It basically depends on the universal principle that no matter how dumb your story is, some fucking idiot will believe it. The better your story conforms to existing narratives, the more people will believe you. Cecily is going for the "I'm just trying to raise my kid without succumbing to the evil patriarchy, look how progressive I am" narrative.

Maybe she's trying to mold her daughter into a lolcow in the same manner that Barb molded Chris into a lolcow.

Joking aside, that's probably completely true. The main problem with that is that it's one thing when a child, or even a teenager is completely dependent on mommy. It's quite another thing to have an adult completely dependent on their mommy when that mommy is older and much less able and willing to take care of their children.

Also, it reminds me of that scene in American Dad, which suggests that Steve will be living in the Smith household for at least a decade after graduating high school. As well as those episodes where Francine is depicted as a mother who never wants to let go of her son.

That's what gets me about this fetid whale.
While she screams about abortion, feminism and fuuuukkk Trump, she is actively going out of her way to deny her daughter an education.

When concern was expressed for her daughter she took her out of public school and dumped her in the Philly free "school".

Looking at the stuff Cecily shares about her life on her blog and social media, it seems like either she overshares her nasty life because she never developed the ability to filter her thoughts, or she's actually PROUD of being disgusting. Maybe both.

Is she proud of the way she's bringing up Tori, by ensuring she will never be a functional adult? That's not a thought I like to have.

TL;dr Cecily is a narcissist. She's not proud. Pride isn't an emotion she's capable of feeling. What she can feel is arrogance, superiority, a screaming ego, and an incessant mental scream of MINE! MINE! MINE!

Tori will grow up unable to tie her shoelaces but able to rant about intersectional feminism for hours.

Just have to give props to @Ginger Piglet--I read this on a packed rush hour train and laughed so hard I cried.

Unfortunately, it's true. When Tori was nine, Cecily posted this on FB:

"Mommy mommy mommy! I'm in a new club at school and we're researching potions so we can turn into mermaids!" My kid. Love her hard.

A couple years later, she bragged about Tori using YouTube to research mermaids and whether they are real. Guess the Philly Free School doesn't have classes in the scientific method or, like, reading anything ever.
