Contrary to what some Balldowashers still seem fixated on, no the cops did not have to physically hand Nick the paper before knocking the door down. They had a search warrant in hand. It gets handed to the owner whenever he is in front of them. But they have the search warrant with them on the property. So they are good to go. Further there was a property owner inside dodging them using a small child.
Any adult present (well possibly only lawfully present) can consent to the search, and if the only adults present don't, their obligation to knock and announce has been fulfilled and they can go forward and execute. A no-knock warrant, where they just go in like Rambo, is generally the exception.

Not sure if anyone posted this yet, but Nick has made it to the Daily Mail.

Cheers, Nick.
Lmao the pic

This the nanny? I refuse to believe that there are many chicks in MN with that name.
Nanny Stripper? That profile picture looks heavily edited.

Legal Mindset just credited the kiwi farms for getting the warrant. He's also saying that he has heard people have submitted evidence that could lead to charges against Aaron and April.
I am betting that Nick is somehow responsible for a rumor that would make an intelligent Aaron shut the hell up.

Aaron said he is speaking to the police in conjunction with a lawyer. That is about the only way he can safely do that. I can easily see the prosecutor offering a deal to someone who's greatest crime is doing to blow and wife swapping. They might require drug testing since Aaron is periodically watching his own kids.

But far better to nail two parents who are junkies and refuse to get help or admit their addiction.

I heard that Nick's county is small and peaceful one, and that Nick's charges are actually a big deal and probably one of the worst criminal cases locally. This is not your everyday tier crime in that area so I expect DA and Judge won't go easy on one of the more serious criminals. Also if drugs market in that place is small and limited and has a room a small scale drug dealer could comfortably fill they might take that into account. Not as a pre crime but with health of the community in mind they might want to make an example of Nick.

Nick's drug abuse already resulted in busting not only Nick, but 2 more people, and there is a testimony Aaron consumed his drugs as well. When you consider that fact you can clearly see how his criminal activity can and should be viewed as a threat to the broader community and I think Judge will take it into consideration.

To be precise they are (apparently) with Kayla's parents who are not the loaded trustfunders - that's Nick's side of the family.

However, knowing rural midwestern towns, those kids are lacking nothing in the clothes and food department now. In fact, the danger of overeating is probably real.
Pity casseroles are real ❤️

Reposting this from the main thread because it got buried. What's the significance to the petition to have the trial streamed when the man himself is on record advocating every trial be streamed, for the defendant and the public's best interests?

Wow, I did not think it would get funded that fast.
I am proud to be one of the people able to donate.

I hope if the footage is released, it can be premiered alongside a fundraiser because I know there are a lot more people with open hearts (and wallets) right now.

Yeah, this “charges against Aaron” is retarded.

Doing drugs isn’t illegal. So what are they going to charge him with? Wearing a balldo too tight?!

Legal Mindset on the Kino Casino yesterday stated that him talking about feeding the children/other things could rope him into having a duty of care to them as a provider, and therefore be charged with neglect. In addition, if anything he said on any of his numerous interviews doesn't match what he told/will tell the police, he could be charged for that.
Doesn't matter who you are, just shut the fuck up about ongoing court cases. Even and especially when you're doing it out of guilt; be a model witness for the police and soothe it that way.

I predicted it would take an hour to reach the funding goal, but it actually took about 5 hours.

I was wrong. Perhaps a bit over optimistic.

Congratulations @Null !

I'm actually really interested to hear about what you and Hardin think of MN 13.825 , but understand it will probably be a few days to a few weeks until you guys can weigh in publicly.

Keep up the great work!

He was also against anti-slapps, said they were unconstitutional, until he got in a lawsuit and then paid $100,000+ on a novel argument to try to import another state's anti-slapp into his own. His argument would be, he's a comedian who makes outrageous statements that are not necessarily his own opinions for entertainment purposes.

The sad thing is, if Nick had just paid Monty a fee of around $50k (Monty is technically asking for a fee in excess of that), he could have just apologized, written a check. Assuming Nick has spent 6 figures on Randazza already, that means now he would have had the $50k to cover his bond. Or had the cash to work with a bondholder for both him and Kayla.

Crackets saw the money Dick made on the lolsuit and wanted a piece of the pie, and once it was underway and people realised that Montagraph had a serious chance of winning his ODD/pride kicked in and prevented any chance of a settlement.

5 hours launched during the middle of the day in the US. Launch it in US prime time and it would've been an hour, I'm pretty sure.

On matters of law and metalaw: I see Elissa pulled out Nick's eloquent statements that he believes that all court proceedings must be openly televised/streamed. I'm sure he'll hold to that strong doctrine in this case, why would he not? It's for the defendant's 'own protection'.

It was never featured on the site, only in the two threads and the community happenings.

All in all a good show - and it hit $3k in like no time flat (I know, I pushed it over, oh shit dox’d)
