The justice system was never fair. Its just usually not unfair to the elite.

They changed the rules in a way (the 4-4-4 rule) that all 12 jurors could have said "No" to 66% of the charges and he would still be found 100% guilty of all charges.

They anticipated that one or more reasonable people might worm their way onto a jury.

For me, it was the spring 2018 omnibus bill where Trump was bragging about $10 billion in extra defense spending. Of course it came at a cost of him giving up everything he campaigned for. There was backlash and said he’d never agree to a bill like that again, which he of course signed that fall that had zero dollars for a border wall.

After that it all became a cult of Trump itself so people would no longer even care if he never bothered to deliver on anything. That’s when he really started caring about stupid bullshit like the Abraham accords and criminal justice reform. He was free to do the things he actually wanted to do. This is what we can expect to see if in the snowball’s chance in hell he gets elected again.

On the topic of spending I was going to mention that but I forgot, Trump was a big spender and printed tons of money. That destroyed the reputation the GOP spend like 40 years trying to build as being the party of fiscal conservatism and by the book economics.

The other thing I forgot to mention was race, Trump didn't do shit for White people. Meanwhile he betrayed them so much trying to help Blacks and Jews only for both groups to vote for Biden in record numbers.
