Cancer sure didn't put the fear of God into ALR or Jen. I kind of doubt Jen ever had it. She talked very matter-of-factly about having it and saying she was too fat to be treated for it. And it supposedly went untreated for YEARS. Having her gall bladder and uterus yeeted didn't do it for Chins, either. In fact, she kept on stuffing herself up until the day of her hysterectomy surgery (which she kept putting off), knowing it was a high-risk operation because of her size, and resulting in her developing a frontal ass because they had to make a vertical incision (which her fat grew around) because the surgeon couldn't do it laparoscopicly.
Sometimes, deathfats are too far gone no matter what is ailing them.

I'm pretty sure Gunt isn't the only one shuttling to and from Kuwait on a regular basis on just tourist visas. Kuwaiti authorities didn't see it necessary to cap the number of visits someone does in a short period of time for whatever reasons they did so and will change it as the need arises.
You could actually make a case that Kuwait benefits from Gunt being there. She certainly helps the local economy with frequent food runs and take outs and the government spends nothing on her. Like another farmer mentioned earlier, she doesn't get any benefits a legal resident would have. Everything she does there comes out of her own pocket. She might think she's being smart that she's able to keep coming back, but the reality is that the government doesn't care or they would've done something already. They do have records of her going back and forth in Kuwait.
She's just a total L in the genetic lottery. Kinda runs in the family, if we're being honest.

ITA with this. Diabetes is so widespread and commonplace that people tend to underestimate how debilitating and deadly it is. In fact, it's one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide, and by some estimates, the 4th leading cause (after heart disease, cancer, and respiratory disease).
Yet people like Chantal tend to blow it off, perhaps because the deleterious effects often take years to develop, whereas the time from cancer diagnosis to death is usually much shorter, sometimes only weeks or months.
Yeah, but if Chantal herself doesn't GAF about her diabetes, why should he? She seemingly knows little about the basics of diabetes management, and ignores any info she knows but doesn't want to comply with, which is pretty much everything.
Salah at least tries to get her to eat less and move more, and every time she finds a way to weasel out of it. In fact, I believe her latest stunt was due in part to Salah trying to get her to do a bit of exercise. Suddenly she claimed to be deathly ill, barely able to breathe, and requesting prayers. Many of us called bullshit, and sure enough, she rallied, having never stepped one funcle foot into any hospital.

You can get away with that heavy makeup if you are 20, but by 35 it makes you look like a streetwalker on drugs who shops at the dollar store for make up. I don't care how expensive it may be, it looks cheap. If she ever does lose any weight, it will look even worse once the skin sags
