For me, the first clue that Nick wasn't quite as clean as he presented himself was the time he just randomly interviewed a britbong who owned a sex doll company.
I believe that was late 2019/early 2020?
If its who I am thinking of that guy is friends with Drex and is a confirmed free Mason. *secret handshake*

I have to disagree. If he'd fell into drugs at a young age because of trauma and been a lifelong junkie then, finally seeing the error of his ways, decided to get clean for the sake of his kids, I'd say give him a shot. But he's done it backwards.
This right here is what always made me MATI about Nick. I've known quite a lot of people with substance issues and every single one of them turned to drugs when they were at their lowest, either trying to cope with childhood abuse, being involved in paramilitaries/organised crime, or from trying them way too young to have the self control to stop.

Nick on the other hand went out of his way to fuck up his life and the lives of his family for no reason other than he was fucking bored. Imagine being his kid and upon reachign adulthood you have to reconcile that rather than your da doing this to you because he came back with PTSD from Kabul, or because he remembered repressed memories of his uncle touching him, he did it because sitting on his arse and reacting to trials was 'too stressful' for him.

Nick is far more of a subhuman than any junkie you see shooting it under a bridge, cause if you were to ask them how they got there they'd more than likely have something genuinely tragic as a reason. As for Rackets, he was just bored, and of course we 'wouldn't understand'.

Probably late, but, I'm glad to see his priorities are in the right place.

If its completely different he's either no longer in the Fortress of Balldo or he got home and threw a tantrum and smashed up his streaming room.
I'll bet $1000 he's still drinking.
I'd take that bet too, without a rehab program and accountability going cold turkey is usually a vicious cycle, few people can just outright quit. One, you can regularly consume so much alcohol that the withdrawals can literally kill you. And if that's not the case the first few days without are so fucking miserable it's so easy to give in and start again. Now if you can make it three or four days dry this is where the real evil of habitual drinking happens, you begin to feel really good for a change. Your head's clear, you have energy and focus. You feel so much better, so why not have a little drink!

No one likes feeling out of control, and even if the desire not to drink is strong, the desire to control the amount you consume can be even greater. So being in that position it's easy to say you'll just have a few beers and call it a night. But after those few beers you remember how nice of a buzz having a shot will give you, and maybe you reign it in for a few days, but before long you're right back to the levels of consumption that made you want to quit in the first place.

Nick should not have talked to the police either. Nobody at the scene should have voluntarily talked to the police. Nick should have hired an attorney immediately and conducted all communications through the attorney.

If the police show up with a search warrant for your house and you have 26 grams of cocaine in the house, you have already lost. Nothing you say to the police is going to help.
Is the argument for not speaking to the cops literally that nothing you say to them can actually help you, and it will only make it worse for you?

Seems like it's the kryptonite for someone who believes he can talk his way out of any situation. Almost like him saying that he's really stressed out being the reason he has cocaine in his house is probably going to be used against him when either the state or CPS argues he shouldn't be around his children.

What a fucking nigger, he reminded me of Vicious Vickers right now.

I love how he's trying to play this all off like it was just a normal "crazy couple of weeks." Woah, things got a little kooky there, but don't worry, I'm ok now. I'm just facing massive felony charges with more charges from CPS probably incoming. Everything is fine.

It is interesting that he isn't pushing the-system-is-conspiring-against-him narrative in this post, though. I wonder if he's going to back off on that, or if he's just being coy for the moment?

Edit: Oh, sorry. I'm dumb. Didn't read the parody note at the bottom. Disregard.

From personal experience I tried cooperating with the cops once in an interview and after about 4 questions they basically tried to ask me a "Did you enjoy it when you beat your wife" style question and I immediately shut down and no commented everything after that. Do not trust cops, those niggas ain't your friends.

Everything we know he said to them was a bad move. He lied about April’s situation. He sperged out about the warrant. He made shitty excuses about being stressed. By talking about everything except the drugs he’s tacitly admitting to being responsible for that too.

If it does go to court he’s already fucked, so he’d better hope there’s a deal on the table.

Does anyone else find it strange how many people ITT gargle PPPs balls? He's a fat retard like wut
For me, PPP will forever be the fat Canadian retard who showed the world his butthole.
He looks like a morbidly obese lesbian, and his voice is extremely grating.
I have to have a really good reason to watch the Casino, because listening to him tries my patience.

Yeah, that's the argument. And that once you start talking, even guardedly, they'll manage to get the ball rolling and get more out of you, and potentially even coax out things that weren't in question to begin with, or false confessions.

Nick has gone on about 'DON'T TALK TO COPS!!' countless times, to the point it was almost a meme or catchphrase for him. When I was watching him it was rare the topic didn't come up atleast once a stream, and sometimes he'd go on about it for 20+ minutes at a time.

Oh man.

"New studio, new look, different feel"--Will he be streaming from a different location than his house?
"speak about the world without speaking about my case"--My guess: Nick will do a big rant about how evil the government is and how corrupt cops are, without referencing anything about his own case. If he streams regularly again, it surely won't take him long to start slipping up and saying dumb shit again. But hey to be fair his first stream back is going to absolute kill it with the superchats I'm sure.
"daytime schedule"--Makes sense as he no longer has those gosh darn kids to burden him during the day. But also we will get to see how he is in the middle of the day, whether he's already drinking at that time or not.

He did that? I take back what I said. Please don't send that to me
