um ackshully, hairdressers rent the booth and facilities. and they have to pay for the schooling to get licensed, which includes free labor for credit hours.

I don't know if this will happen but it would be fucking funny if this has the same scale as the Giants x Hololive collab in Japan. On the other hand: July 5 is Shohei Ohtani's birthday and it's the first day of the LA Anime Expo. So this might be bigger than expected.

About once every 6 months she goes through it. The severity has been going down but it's almost like clockwork. The pressure of OffKai, and probably the bit of drama around it now, definitely isn't helping.

Ya know, I used to wonder what was up with the Japanese having such an affinity for baseball until I realized that it's turn-based combat.

It's redditshit but it might be an okay sign of what the "normie" response will be. r/baseball seemed loosely positive about it and at worst lost and not understanding what it was.

One of their posters then wandered over to r/hololive wanting to learn more about it, got a response from Fuwamoco in their thread, and is now doing an AMA trying to teach holofans about sportball.

I doubt it will be that much of a surprise to them. The amount of sports anime series focusing on basketball and baseball is staggering. Only a matter of time before they do soccer, if they haven't already.

NFL would be a stretch though.

There is a soccer anime. It wasn't super popular to my understanding when compared to Haikyuu! But still
