So I’m assuming going to school for a psychiatry doctorate is extremely expensive, without scholarships (:_(

Thread tax: I’ve been keeping an eye on Rekietamine’s YT subscriber count on socialblade and it still hasn’t dipped below 447k. I don’t know if he still has that many sycophantic braindead balldoguards or a lot of them are people who don’t log in to that YouTube account anymore or forgot they’re subscribed to him or what. I was optimistically hoping he’d be bleeding subscribers by now.
Im still subscribed just so I'll know when he finally comes back for his cope stream.

Those damn keeeds aren't in the house any longer so he can finally take his show out of the basement.
Exactly this. Finally he can live the dream that janny aaron is even trying for and extremely successful and totally not a never-was juju the cow embodies of the most successful LA comedian ever

Really though

Nick thinks being fucked up equals funny so more degeneracy and life ruining actions are just good for his show (clearly incorrect that anyone with eyes can see, cratering subscriber numbers among others),

and attention from losers like daxipad is really what counts,

and rather than being a good father and getting involved in his kids lives and supporting them every day and building and working for the family ,

His dumb, now drug whore, drug addict wife chose drugs over the kids, he always said he likes his wife the most even over the kids, s

He just wants to do drugs and bang the paid in drugs prostitute.

nick showing up again on “normal” streams, like he did just a year ago, would just reinforce how much he hates being sober.

Once an addict, always an addict. Without extreme life changes and extreme choices, he’s as fucked as ever.

Kurt uncivil law and Sean potentially criminal and even Branca have mentioned how low the chance is to come back from this.

All the noseguarding and addict lies nick tells doesn’t change his wife and mother of his children, stay at home mother, was strung out and enabling or encouraging swinging degeneracy and chose drugs over their kids.

For addicts to really get and stay clean they are supposed to have entirely new social networks and New environments.

Nick knows kayla and april. Both strung out drug whores. Still trapped in the same isolated house in the sticks, and he drives by a garbage dump to get to his church.

This is just saying a ball will come down after you throw it up in the air. Reality’s rules are you can’t lawsplain out of an addiction, especially not to sex or drugs, and certainly not if you were on unconditional bail surrounded by your two drug addict partiers.

The kids are out of the house so even less reason to not fall further into filth. Out of sight out of mind.
Can’t stream. Hey kayla call up April and tell her I’m gonna be back from Minneapolis later today after I visit my dealer and a few hookers and to be ready to molest you.

Midwit, term used by a fellow kiwi that fits really well, meets addict life.

He always was obstinate and in denial but it didn’t get this bad before.

He might keep digging in hopes he can dig to the other side.

My money is on a William Stamper arc. As in just steady decline but never a “pull up”.
Public intoxication, he won’t get his kids back, trading his wife and april doing prostitution for drugs, and mark my words, when he’s down bad enough and trying to get money for drugs, there will be an only fans of his wife.

This is a burning plane crash that will burn for years, but nick thinks he’s still flying.

Excuse my retardation - Its unconditional with the court, but couldn't the bondsman have put some restrictions or requirements? Or does that only go as far as allowing them to sick the Hawaiian menace, Dog the Bounty Hunter, on him?
Yes. They are paying so they get to dictate conditions. They can limit his travel, demand he check in with them on a specific basis, etc

If he breaks the terms of their agreement they can ask to be releived of their bond, hunt him down, and turn him in

I knew about Rackets from IBS which means I always knew Rackets was a degenerate retarded grifter, not sure how he got so many people believing his tradcath family man facade but do people forget that he literally pretended to be a faggot for months (years?) and was a cheerleader.

I used to think the worst day of Nick's life was a failed intervention by one of the families. But I think it makes most sense it has something to do with Kayla either cheating or wanting to open the marriage.
Cheating was my first thought when it happened. Wasn't the worst day by the way RIGHT after that family wedding he attended? Wasn't it a wedding of lesbians?

Liquor Snatch
Nominated as her official nickname.

That was when shit went sideways. I think when he was only on YouTube, he was confined to their TOS etc and kinda kept it together
George Lucas made better movies when he had constraints.

Yes he was if you bothered to look at the time. The difference is that when he started and for several years after, people were willing to pretend otherwise and make excuses for him.
I'm very similar to Nick in personality. I was a nerdy skinny guy in HS who fell in with the alternative crowd in college and was a bit of a degen and druggie for a while, the part that Nick missed out on. I always saw Nick as a degen who sometimes did "trad-fam" stuff that didn't seem to fit into my model of him instead of a trad dude who sometimes did or said degen things that didn't fit. And that's why I liked him, back when he was more sober and still had a bit of talent.

For me, the first clue that Nick wasn't quite as clean as he presented himself was the time he just randomly interviewed a britbong who owned a sex doll company.
Dollhouse Phil.

I think it's pretty discretionary, although I've never seen this particular thing. It may be just a Judge Fischer thing. One thing that America's Lawyer guy said that I agree with is I'm very suspicious of that cocaine amount that so very conveniently just barely exceeds the threshold to make it a very serious felony.
I personally don't find it that suspicious. Considering Nick was supplying 3 users, with at least Nick likely using heavily, and given he's reasonably monied, I'd assume he was buying by the ounce every week or 2. The baggies found likely amount to a few grams of that total weight. He likely wasn't waiting until he was totally out to resupply, so I'd assume he'd bought an ounce in the couple days prior. So say he picked up an ounce in the previous couple days (28g), when he picked up he had say 5g left (up to 33g) which would probably be 1-2 days worth for the 3 of them, subtract a few g for bag weight (28-30g), then what they'd have used since a very recent pickup, it's not hard to see how it could come in around the 26g mark inclusive of packaging.

That said, it certainly is convenient, and if I were the one charged or defending someone with that weight, it's something I'd be picking at.

I just wanna say a lot of people replied to my comment about cleaning and I don't live in a Nosebro Nest, I bought one of them fancy steam cleaners for disinfecting surfaces and linens and it sure does make a difference.

It feels good to achieve that level of cleanliness.

I'd be prettty sure they have a secured interest in one or more of his properties and could just foreclose on that if needed, so they're probably not really worried about a Dog the Bounty Hunter situation.
I'm envisioning a scenario whereby Null crowdfunds for an hour or two to buy up the Bond and raffles off who gets to go huntin'.
It could be the birth of our next evolution. KF+ the Streaming Service. (Guaranteed to out earn Disney+ within 6 weeks)

And there he goes.:story:
I don't feel bad at all for this retard. He's deadset on destroying his own life, I just hope he doesn't drag his kids and wife down with him. I hope Kayla doesn't let Nick convince her to follow in his footsteps and fight the charges. It seems a little like he's setting things up to fuck her over for his own gain, acting as her lawyer, giving her bail with conditions, what's next, advising her not to seek rehab?

It's gonna be an entertaining trial atleast.

The MVP of this film is Judge Fischer, who managed to catapult herself from obscurity into a starring role. Previously content to stick to small, background parts, Judge Fischer seized the opportunity to be the heroine who will take down three degenerate villains, rescue five innocent children, and bring peace to a terrorized community.

The kids won't ever forgive them either.
If he cared about his kids he wouldn't have picked being a pervert coke head over them.

If Nick cared about his children he wouldn't do cocaine, he wouldn't do shirtless streams with youtube thots, he wouldn't bring a couple of swingers to his home, he would feed them, he would everyday make sure his children had clean clothes.

Nick doesn't care about his children. The future I foresee (and I hope I'm wrong) is that one day the younger child will grow up without knowing a great deal about her father, because he choose a life of drugs instead of a life with his family. And will try to understand his father better by searching all of this on the Internet. And the most she will ever know about her father will be what's written at this thread. Perish this thought.

This may be a retarded question, but does anyone know why Kyle from PKA was convicted of federal charges because he was caught with weed (a small amount compared to Balldo's coke) and guns, but Balldo isn't? He only spent 60 days in prison, but it was federal, not local.
IIRC it involved Kyle receiving the drugs via the USPS so that changes the "who" when prosecuting quite a bit.

Edit: Also "small" in the context of THC concentrates can be very deceptive, and often limits on possession reflect a concentrate v flower weight. A 1g slug of shatter will last a lot longer than 1g of flower and the consumption amount typically is much lower per session than with flower due to that concentration.

Regarding the blame game about whose idea this originally all was or who pushed who. Ultimately nick is the head of the household, which means regardless of whose idea anything was, the buck stops with him. This is both the burden and privilege of being the patriarch. Power without responsibility is tyranny, whether it be God, the government or within the family, even if it might not seem "fair" due to outside intervention. But life is not fair, and this is the cost of authority over others, especially in regards to the neck of the family, your wife.

It is Nick's primary job to create order and maintain harmony within the house. In this specific responsibility he failed, not just evidenced by the physical raid itself, but the state of his children and his wife. People like to talk about traditional families and roles but this level of final responsibility is what such a time honored system entails. Anything less is just trying to have your cake and eat it too. If you are not ready to assume this level of sovereign, life and death level of responsibility as a man over your wife and children, than you are not yet fit to rule a traditional family.

Regarding the children taking care of themselves, perhaps it is a personal class divide on my part but the idea expressed here by some that the children themselves share a responsibility in providing and maintaining harmony in the house seems backwards to me. The purpose of chores, like having kids do laundry or clean dishes is not to assume the responsibility of the parents, or make their job easier but purely as instructional tools and mechanisms to build personal virtue through labour. Children are not co-parents, there can be no co-sovereign. Them being tested as they get older by assigning them tasks or routines is a pedagogical tool, it is itself parenting them, not inviting them to share in being parents. That being said I did enjoy @AltisticRight 's shitpost about 14 year olds working the CERN reactor.

Logically, those conditions would be less onerous than the ones imposed by the court with a conditional bond, right?

Otherwise, there would be no point to a paid bond, right?

that's fpsrussia, right?
i think he got busted for getting hashish mailed to him by someone from another state, and interstate narcotics distribution is federal business. not 100% sure though it's been a while since i read about that case.

I wonder if one of the indicators of his decline we might’ve missed is the constant misspellings, it’s literally every single post and DM chain at this point. He’s just above Bossman Jack’s spelling and grammar by a small margin, hell, I’ve never seen BMJ accidentally paste “m0lesting” in a stream reschedule post like Nick did.
