The fact that the rest of her face is unaltered makes me wonder if something happened to her nose.
By looking at it I can tell that her nose definitely collapsed at some point and it certainly has reconstructive rib pieces in it.

I can't explain the arms, except maybe she felt she needed to do something with herself?
Looks like she also recently had a DUI/Accident while driving with a 1.5% alcohol content. (it was hard to find an English page).

Late to the "would you or wouldn't you" discussion but...
I lost a tooth and I have a bit of a crooked tooth next to it that I really don't want changed. I don't like the cookie cutter looks of *current year* so I have pics of my smile that I hope to use to show what I want my smile restored to. I also have a deep vertical line between my eyes I thought a shot of Botox would be nice for but still haven't gone so far as to even check out estheticians in my area. And, do I really want to look friendlier?
I'd freak out over anything more honestly, like what happened to ME? WHERE DID I GO?

Hooooly shit, she looks like King of the Troons in that last pic, what do you call that surgery? Neanderthalogy? I'd cry my heart out if i'd see my mother looking like that. The nose in the second picture makes Michael's look good, you'd assume a princess has enough cash to afford better surgeons. Didn't even know Bulgaria still keeps monarchs around.

I personally feel that teeth stuff is seperate to other cosmetic surgery stuff. I am male and would go for that flawless Hollywood smile in a heartbeat if i had the money. I wouldn't go for that tacky Mr. Clean white nor those unnatural chicklet veneers but having perfectly straight teeth would be nice. I thank US media for that brainwashing regarding teeth, as a european i should be above that.

I'd heard she suffered an infection that caused her nose to collapse, and the current look is the best salvage job she's been able to get. Combined with the huge muscles it's an interesting look to be sure. Do feel bad for her, but she genuinely looks like someone who'd call me istik and summon a ruby-encrusted greatsword out of thin air.

I'm around plenty of middle aged white woman with botox/fillers and she looks just like them. Even the expressions she does has the same weird look.
I wonder if dissolving the fillers would actually fix this? The fillers stretch the skin out so much she'll probably still look old just in a different way.

That look is very popular here. The brushed up eyebrows, troweled on fake tan and ‘spatchcocked tarantula’ eyelashes with huge lips and bleached straightened hair.
It looks good on no one and it’s very ageing, but it’s a ‘look’ here.
In any British city on a night out you’ll see loads of women like this.
I would not have guessed 22, she looks far older. The lips look so big it’s starting to affect how she moves them.

I tried to find a 'before' pic but she looks exactly the same in her first tiktok post. She's only 18/19 in it.

Instagram. Social media has really fucked with people's view of reality. Filters, lighting, camera angles, photoshop... the list goes on. Young, naïve girls think the pictures on their feed are real or they want to look irl how they look in heavily altered photos. New social media trend idea: full disclosure of every filter/app/whatever else you used to alter your selfie.
