Because that's actually a TiM, he's been on botched a whole buncha times. Seems like a nice dude though, all things considered...

She already had that alien face thing going on, the buccal fat removal just makes her more uncanny. This picture also makes it look like an asymetrical, sloppy job by the surgeon. Buccal fat removal is hands down the most retarded new(ish) trend.
 
She seems to have a combo of very small head, and very large wide set eyes. That works with the plumper cheeks but it looks very strange with buccal fat removal. I haven’t seen anyone who looks better with it done, it’s a weird trend for sure.

It looks like she wanted her head to be more aerodynamic for whatever reason. I have yet to see a single woman whose looks got improved by that procedure.

I feel it's one thing to be a loony troon DIY plastic surgeon and completely another thing willingly getting "practiced" on by this bona fide mad man. "Whyyyyy?!" is really the only question i have, to both him and his victims, i know that plastic surgery is extremely expensive but you'd think people would be more reasonable than getting a back alley BBL in the hood, it really doesn't sound like a good idea anyway you put it.

Isn't Gackt like in his 60's by now? :story: Dude looks so incredibly tired in that picture. I think he was a very early adopter when it came to male plastic surgery but i could be mistaken. Real blast from the past seeing fucking Gackt. The sorta-Karen haircut is also *chef's kiss*.
