Nick having so many kids is odd given his attitude. It has to do with heirs getting a percentage of the family trust (they are usually structured that way) so the more minor children the bigger stake Nick controlled until they reach certain ages. I think Nick envisioned himself as winning the family dynasty wealth via out breeding the competition. He just didn’t consider how much work and time kids take on life and marriage even if granddaddy’s fortune is subsidizing them. Five kids don’t leave couples with much “me time” or free time.

Do we have any evidence of this? Has Nick ever said anything that would suggest it? Do we know how likely it is that his trust is structured this way? I agree that it would explain why he had so many kids despite so clearly resenting them. It's also possible he didn't resent them and was fine with having kids at first, 12 years and 5 kids is a lot to go through, although with having so many and ending up hating them so much, you would expect him to stop at like 2 or 3.

Also, is there any evidence their youngest kid is a "band-aid baby?" I mean, it's definitely plausible since we know their marriage is bad, but just wondering if Nick has ever said anything like that or it's just an inference.

Ffs even after the arrest, one of the only comments he’s made, is once again harping on the mileage required to drive his kid around by granddad. Unreal. He really seems to dislike and resent his own kids.

He even told the police that when he was in jail! That was one of the most ridiculous details to me. Imagine getting busted with an ounce of coke and you're telling the cops how much you hate your kids. Insanity.

Ugh.

Edit: Oh damn, you were faster.

Already infighting with one of the few people still on his side lol.

he speaks!

tl;dr - everyone is blowing this out of proportion and knows nothing.
If you think about it, Nick isn't wrong.

The advice he's being given (to shut the fuck up and lie low) IS "elementary" and "legally blonde."

He's just too arrogant, retarded, drunk, and/or coked up to follow it. You may choose more than one.

I don't think bondsmen drug test, so he's got that going for him. I could see him paying 5k to get blitzed
I am sure it is COMPLETELY COINCIDENTAL that he paid the bond the other day, and is acting like a fucking retard again.

Does Nick's spelling and general writing stay fairly good when he's not sober? I imagine it's poor when he's 'anime sucks, cope and sneed' levels of fucked up, but when he's drunk and has maybe a couple lines in him, is his writing decent enough it could pass for sober? His tweets tonight only read like intoxicated tweets insofar as his inhibitions have lowered enough to allow him to write some stuff.

The dude is in his 40s and at least at one point was making really good money. I don't think his parents are in a position to take his phone and police his Internet usage.
I mean there's that but he's ruining their reputation and they are multimillionaires they can fix this. Any old money family with their kind of wealth would have buried this with a quickness.

The way certain trust funds are set up, it can be very difficult to correct the course once an (adult) child who's a beneficiary reaches the age where it kicks in for them.

Nick's messages harping on about how one of the grandparents driving his kids around racked up 81 miles. It peaked my interest and I looked up the price of gas in Spicer, Minnesota. It's around 3$ a gallon. I have to commute to the city for work sometimes, over 100 miles. I wish gas was that cheap for me. Fucking Kyke, the more you think about it the more it seems he straight up despises his kids...

I am still baffled that no one has taken his phone and his computer and replaced them with a pay as you go flip phone. No one is bothering to try to help him not even his own parents. Really shows you what turning into a crack head and neglecting your kids gets you.
What exactly could they do to an adult?

I don't think you're allowed to Rosemary Kennedy your problem kid these days, even if you're ultra-rich. Goddamn bleeding hearts.
hey man you can do whatever you want with enough money just look at literally any politician

That's a point but even with money if you come to his house and physically remove any cards, cash, valuables, etc and/or have your guy "convince" him to go to rehab it takes care of a lot of the problem. Then it's just a matter of finding the right palms to grease.

Something we have to keep in mind is that Nick was independently wealthy when his streaming income popped off and we don't know how much of that he has left. I also don't think his parents can just forcibly confiscate his phone, computer, etc., even if they were originally bought with trust fund money. If he says no, what are they gonna do, send in hired thugs to physically subdue him? This isn't a mafia movie.
