Kayla is supposedly the one who wanted an open marriage, had hot lesbian sex with April before Nick got a turn, and was doing dope with April while Nick took the kid to school.

Maybe, just maybe, dial the white knighting back a tad.
I was watching Kino Casino with the Alex Stein appearance, and he claimed not only were April and Nick in contact with each other earlier than thought, but that there appeared to be sexual chemistry on one of the shows they were on. Did Nick plan this "spontaneous" wife swap with April?

I have no idea, but it is notable that if you read between the lines of what Aaron said - he did seem to be the odd one out. Still degenerate, still at fault, but his wife stayed with Nick and Kayla did too... Despite having a "connection" with him.

It would not surprise me if Nick hatched this master plan and manipulated all parties into getting the outcome he wanted. Where that leaves Kayla is that - at best - she chose trying to keep her husband in the house by doing drugs, over caring for her kids. A little better perhaps, in that this situation was put upon her, but still criminally negligent.

Huh.
Another interesting bit from that - he says he’s going to do a police interview, and what they’ve said to him in advance. “April is the step mother of your kids too”, and CPS will be involved.
So they were clearly still investigating that side of things as of 2 days ago.
Tbh that retard needs to be investigated by CPS, not because I want him to lose his kids but because I think it'll drive him to further a-log Nick, which is funny. I genuinely believe he's trying his best to protect his relationship with his kids, so I don't believe anything substantial will come of the investigation. If anything, CPS might come up with an "action plan" where they keep tabs on him for a year and conduct planned visits to make sure he's not a coke head.

As far as April, I honestly believe him when he says he isn't keeping in contact with her. Mainly for the reasons listed above. I think he's pulling out all the stops to protect his children.

Now Nick needs a shirt that says, "Dammit Nick, we lost the coke again!" and a hat that says (Not a legal statement. This is a joke).

To give a very rough estimate. I am assuming he spent around 3k on this oz of coke. That amount of coke is roughly 1 months worth for two people (him and his wife). Since it is June, Jan. would have been 6 months ago. 3×6=18k

So about 18k

Now let's have some fun and assume it's been a full 12 months.

3×12=36k.

That's for 1 year. Now let's assume that he has been doing coke for 2 years and lets assume that the 1st year was half that amount for a month's worth because he wasn't as bad off snorting the white powder.

36÷2=18 so that would be 18k+36k=54k

We could also speculate that was spending that much a month on coke for that first year.

36k+36k=72k

So a very rough guess, assuming that he averaged out at 3k for a months worth of coke each month for 2 years (or half that for the first year), while not adjusting for inflation would be 72k (or 54k) for 2 years worth of coke.

Overall the range is between 54-72 thousand dollars on coke would be my guess if he was a coke addict for 2 years, which is the highest end of the "when did he start coke" spectrum

The money he snorted away could be as "low" as 18k and as high as 72k
so there's a snack budget and a crack budget

well golly gee, he was sooo right, he was sooo much smarter than us. Frying his brain, destroying his dopamine receptors, pushing his kids and family and friends away, ruining his marriage, all for measly 3k a month. Real man of genius, I bet none of you motherfuckers could have achieved so much, so quickly, with such a limited budget.

I had the same thing happen after I quit drinking, though I didn't go to rehab, it wasn't that bad. Felt like a whole different person, then realized I'm still immeasurably autistic. About cats specifically.
Speaking of, snow leopards are the smallest big cat by a wide margin; however, they qualify as a big cat due to their ability to roar, which is the taxonomic dividing line which delineates the "big" from the "small" cats. On average, snow leopards weigh less the cougars of the American continents, which aren't classified as big cats because of this small evolutionary detail. However, only nerds actually care about this, so conservation organizations such as Panthera consider mountain lions and cheetahs alongside the 5 big cats when considering how best to protect them.

You should start a cat law channel

His whole family is an accessory for his ego. Nick's job was literally to drink and watch other people practice law, he wasn't in the fucking coal mines 12 hours a day to feed his family. Nick simping is as fucking retarded as Kayla simping.
Remember, for each hour you see even a practicing trial lawyer actually in court, that lawyer probably spent ten researching, drafting briefs, at least for a solo who has to do that research and drafting themselves. However, often you'll have the rainmaker guy who actually argues things in court because he has the charisma to do it, and other lawyers doing research and drafting (because they're autistic like Kurt and probably not wizards at reading juries), paralegals to handle the clerical end of it and get everything served and filed, etc.

All Nick did was get drunk and react off the cuff. He was good at it, but that ain't workin', that's the way you do it, money for nothing and Balldos for free.
There is also federal and high state taxes involved. And there are two expensive six-figure cars he has purchased. There is also spending on his civil lawsuit with Monty which is probably at least $100k.
And shit like $3,000 a month for "snacks." Whatever the fuck that gibberish was supposed to mean.

And all kinds of expenses we don't know about. These are just the ones he's publicly whined about like a little bitch or flaunted.

Finally the Dennys joke is funny.
He somewhat kills it sadly by going (THIS IS A JOKE AND NOT A LEGAL STATEMENT). Does he have to clarify for the sake us the peanut gallery or is there some fear that the prosecution could use it and why would they? Now the legally blonde joke, god it's such trash.
legally blonde.png

And I love the movie Election so I got the reference but the snipe clearly towards Legal Mindset and Sean well what are they saying that's so stupid. Pretty sure all they've telling Nick is "STFU!"

I'm not a lawyer, and I understand that Nick is very much likely to just get a slap on the wrist. But doesn't the court still get to say how strong of a slap on the wrist Nick is going to get? Doesn't it stand to reason that the prosecutor and Judge are going to be more willing to give a harsher plea because they see the defendant yucking it up acting like this is no big deal?

Again I don't know how this works, but what I assume is that prosecution could tell Nick he's going to now have to spend 90 days in jail, for no other reason than to humble the motherfucker because god does he come off as unlikable.

His thread never would have gotten this long without this.
He dickrode Juju the Cow and now he's a cow himself.

In a just world he'd do a couple years in Big Boy Prison telling them he's kind of a big deal and getting smacked around.

You know, I'm starting to wonder if every time he claimed that "That's a joke! That's a joke." Was really a joke, or just momentary glimpses at the true face behind the mask.
Given what we've seen within the past few months or longer have just been that thin veneer finally giving way to the decay and degeneracy rotting underneath.
His 'jokes' are just poorly veiled passive aggressive digs. Like a teen girl. Many such cases with immature men online.

Regarding the blame game about whose idea this originally all was or who pushed who. Ultimately nick is the head of the household, which means regardless of whose idea anything was, the buck stops with him.
I've said that a long time ago. Balldo larps as a trade dad, in a trad wank fantasy household, the guy makes all the decisions and the woman is supposed to be seen not heard, a house elf that is 100% subservient to her owner.

So every woes they faced was Balldo's fault.

everyone is blowing this out of proportion and knows nothing.
Sure, but we're not the ones doing blow.
Someone is. As we're speaking even.

They inadvertently pushed society to become more clever.
I wouldn't say this was clever. It just demonstrates how futile a lot of such measures are. Ban Japanese stuff, they spun factories up in China. Now ban Chinese stuff, Huawei has factories in Malaysia and Vietnam. Ban the brand, they'll just prop up a sister brand. None of this shit works and it's always at the detriment of the consumers.

And no, prohibition didn't do shit. It was a waste of money.
- consumption only decreased at the beginning, it went right back up shortly after.
- organised crime
- many alcoholics switched to... take a guess. Opioids.
- waste of money, why? Tax. Why? Now you'll get arrested for booze. Police ain't free. List goes on and on.
- alcohol consumption was on a downward trend already

I'm too lazy to dig out citations, if you don't believe me go look it up.

I've known people to say something really shitty and insulting just to follow it up with "jk lol". It's a very lazy way of being a passive-aggressive cunt, hiding behind the joke mask.
