It does make one wonder about the motivations of people like Tony and Vanessa, who insist that transition is healthy for children and other living things, despite an ever-growing mountain of evidence suggesting otherwise. On some level, I think that Tony has to be conscious that he's deceiving people with his rhetoric and it's unethical to do so, yet he continues to scream into the void. In my opinion, he knows exactly what he is doing and he finds it titillating. It's depraved.
Many of the lower-functioning squalortroons who frequently appear in other threads are definitely not capable of complex, purposeful, goal-oriented behavior. They would probably benefit from a big fat syringe of haloperidol decanoate more than they'd benefit from having their penises inverted, but this is The Future™ and we're better than that. Those troons earnestly parrot all of the transactivist talking points, but it's because they actually believe every word. Tony and others like him are a different but equally hideous beast. Everyone loves to laugh at a brickhon, because they are such utter losers by every conceivable metric. They're rejected by everyone. Nothing they say about transitioning or "gender" is taken seriously by anyone with eyes. That's what makes troons like him so much more insidious than the others.
