Interesting. Nick definitely has some ideas about women and their roles. I have heard him mention his dad many times, never his mom. Maybe Mom wearing the pant when it comes to the trust fund causes problems for Nick’s psyche and why Dad seems to be a mediator that tries to pal around with him.
Obviously his dad was his own man, supported his family and then they got an incredible windfall after the kids were grown to enjoy. His dad had no ego issues and a strong marriage so the money was a real blessing they enjoyed together and responsibly. (Good timing on coming into sudden wealth at that age and stage in life.)
Nick has never been his own man, he didn’t earn enough to support his own family until the last three years streaming success. He had to rely on the generosity of mom, with his father’s agreement and input I’m sure. Nick would have resented the hell out of it.
I always thought it was odd Nick lived near Kayla’s family, not his own. This can happen for many reasons but the wealth of his own family meant they could easily afford to live near each other. I’m going to guess Nick like being the mysteriously wealthy, “successful lawyer” in Minnesota. His money would have given him leverage among her and her family, leverage he would not have among his own, in fact the opposite. The source of his allowance being close by to Nick was problematic for him. Rich local parents make it too obvious where his money came from and might be busy bodies interfering with HIS household.
It would appear the trust had some real guardrails in place for Nick and how the money was used. They worked well for many years because the first crack he got at doing whatever he wanted with a pile of his own money things went down the toilet at light speed.
We need a term similar to noseguarding for all these people who keep making excuses for Kayla.
lol. The most over-used term im this thread for two years was cunt-guarding, the term for anything that wasn’t out right shitting on Kayla.
One was accused of cunt guarding if they disagreed Kayla was breaking Nick’s heart by demanding to go to Hedo 2 because she was demanding BBC. It’s odd to suddenly see Nose-guarding become a used term this past two weeks because cunt guarding was so over used for so long.
