1. He was labeled special needs and retarded in school, finished his schooling a year late and in SWEP, which was a special education program to get retards jobs in the community. He admits in his earliest usenet postings that he is mentally retarded with reading, writing and speaking disabilities. Also dyslexic and can't tell words apart like sell, sale, and sail.
2. He still lives with his parents at age 56 and they are his legal guardians (proven). He also owns no car and his parents won't give him permission to drive their cars anymore. His elderly parents have to take him everywhere.
3. He claims to be an inventor, a pilot, a CEO/President of an organization, engineer, author, owned a Cessna C170, while he is none of those things. He did buy a plane once, a falling apart Team Hi-Max that had no engine and was only partially completed. He was too stupid to finish it and his uncle sold it as playground equipment in an auction.
4. He might be the only person to flunk out of DeVry University. There is no evidence he ever completed a single college credit class although to his credit, he tried at 3 different schools. He claims he had to quit school with only 2 weeks til graduating because he ran out of money so he had to work as a Walmart cart pusher instead.
5. He has no teeth and has his pulled in his early 20s like a lot of Downs Sydrome and others with learning disabilities have.
6. His last job was as a part-time walmart cart pusher, which he got fired from. All his other only part-time jobs were Illinois Hire a Retard Job and the mentioned School Hire a Retard job.
7. He is not only retarded and mentally ill but also schizophrenic. His girlfriend for example only exists in his mind as she is virtually made up. He lies, all the time.
8. He has a collection of barbie dolls and sex dolls. Perhaps his legal guardians think they are a distraction for him.
9. Self admitted that he is a shut-in, aka only leaves his house when he must (like court records) and always with his parents who are also his legal guardians (oh yea, I said that).
10. He has threatened 100s of lawsuits against nearly everyone, including KiwiFarms. He has yet to file a single one of them.
11. He was making threats right and left back in the 2000s, interviewed by the FBI, and then finally charged and convicted for threatening his local cable company with a pipe bomb. He later would plead guilty to violating the terms of his probation by sneaking back on the internet (again, making more threats). He was charged with threatening his police chief by posting a picture of him with crosshairs with the blog profile of him holding a handgun.
12. His pedophilia desires go back 20 years plus, from hosting lolicon web sites to posting anime pictures of children being raped. He has written a number of stories where children are being raped, skinned, and killed, especially by "wolf" like characters and referred to himself as the "Big Bad Wolf"
And yea, did I mention he still lives with his parents at age 56? They take care of him in every way possible.

Welcome to the world of public defenders. I told you that you couldn't afford NOT to hire a real lawyer. And again, since you know everything and make all these claims, why not fire her and tell the judge what you are telling us? I'm sure they judge will believe you.
