.223 is similar to a 5.56. You don’t really use a rifle for pest control anyway. A shotgun is more economic for pests.
A friend out in the country has a semi-auto bullpup 12g shotgun. Absolutely annihilated a family of raccoons who got into his chicken coop. Asked him about it after I found a hull or two next to the feed bin.

The balldo glazing has reached this level. Child neglect is actually good because it teaches self-reliance.

Very late to this but, why are the children expected to rely on themselves but Nick isn't?

Why is it fine for Nick to RELY ON his eldest son to take care of all the kids? He didn't make the choice to have those kids, Nick did.

"Oh those kids should know how to raise kids." Yeah, so should the millionaire adult who conceived them.

Is the art piece a carpet? Otherwise, not seeing much reason for a casing to be on the floor.
Especially in the bedroom, under the bed. Were you building yourself a dildo made of .22 casings because your dick doesn’t work Nick? Or fucking your wife with them because your dick is so small she wouldn’t know the difference?

Rackets is the kid in those anti-drug PSAs we watched in school that says, "It won't happen to me!" He definitely thinks of himself as some kinda Hunter Thompson-type character. I'm surprised he hasn't talked about 'Fear and Loathing' as much as he has talked about American Beauty. A normal person would never idolize something like that, but as we have discovered, Nick was never normal.
I posted something similar, can't recall if it was in this thread or another, but Nick's situation is the most powerful "anti-drug/alcohol ad" I've ever seen. So much so that I realized I was on fringes of alcoholism and decided I needed to step away from the bottle

No, don't do that.
I want to email the cops investigating Nick and ask them if the 22lr case they found was fired or not. Usually with spent chasing, you don't think to look at the primer. You just assume no bullet = it's been fired. But if he was using it for brown brown the bullet and gunpowder will be gone BUT the primer will not have been set off.

Oh, but he technically never said that he "POURED" it all out-- teeheehee, you retarded proodz
...I'm starting to understand why people hate lawyers so much, especially non-practicing, coke-head internet lawyers
"cleared all the liquor from my house"

Nick also claimed to have grown up in the hood in Houston with constant drive-by shootings and he had NO white friends, so take Nick’s self-reported history of his struggles and OG bonafides with ocean amounts of salt.
That is still one of his most hilarious and ridiculous lies. I think even Dax was struggling to keep the poker face on for that one. Look at the images of Rekieta in college, now imagine him growing up in the Texas equivalent of Hell's Kitchen (according to himself) dude is like anti-thug.

Wait, he used to claim he played 40k? I call bullshit, that man's fired his brain so much he can't keep track of superchats, a charge phase would overload his enfeebled mind. Hell, deployment alone would reduce him to tears.
According to himself - and I believe him on this one - he's read a ton of books and loves the lore, but never played the tabletop game.

He's seething so bad. There's no way his first stream back doesn't go off the rails.
I think his first stream or 2 will be fine. I'm placing my bets on stream #8 or 9 for the good shit.

Is this really Legal Mindset?
Nah, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't Coomalot himself. The superchat war is making him see dollar signs. Grifters gotta grift.

Rekieta's fall is reminding me more and more of Lowtax's final arc. All we need as an angry guardian ad litem and a "VINDICATED!" picture to finish it off. Nick's got a bit farther to slide before he hits the point of no return, but it looks more and more likely to me that he'll fail to pull up.
Very true. I'm just unwilling to give Lowtax credit for anything, especially antemortem. He can't fuck it up badly enough to render the original deed worthless. I refuse to give him that satisfaction.

Oh, guys, I figured it out. He was making us bullet shell wind chimes as the 5k gift! Now I feel bad. It's okay Rackets, you can keep mine as an apology, and you know what? I'll even put in a good word with the judge. I'll tell her how this has all been a misunderstanding and maybe even give her a wink when I say how you've had it really rough lately after tossing out your booze so maybe she could treat you to some of her special stock.

.22LR is rimfire not centerfire. It's easy to tell if a rimfire round has been fired. On a spent cartridge, there will be a small deep stamp like impact on the otherwise uniform bottom of the cartridge.

Yeah but I can totally envision some fat Minnesota cop not realizing the rim hasn't been crushed and just assuming it's spent.

I will say, with the state of the house being what it's alleged to be in, there exists a faint possibility Nick was sincerely unaware of the spent casing that were found on the floor.

I compared the officer's seizure sheet with what got listed in the charging document. The .22 casings were listed as on the floor near the nightstand while there's a random extra unspecified bullet in the master closet. The latter does not show up anywhere in the charging document and, unless they erroneously lumped it into the garage ammo, is unaccounted for in any public document since the on-site inventory form.

Not that any of the above autism impacts his legal standing in any conceivable way, of course.

It's pretty solid all around. You could use it for varmint hunting or deer hunting with success.
I have a nice little 22-250 rig I've used to take some white tail in the past. 223 is Fine as a hunting round up to and including deer within the right parameters. From what I've seen though Nick doesn't hunt nor has he ever hunted despite carving out this huge rural estate for himself from his family's money and being an outspoken 2A guy. I'm a guntube fan (despite what should maybe be my better judgement) but I do always get a bit of a weird vibe from non-military guys who own a bunch of guns and who are also "not into" hunting. I mean to each their own but it is a little odd.
