This man is an idiot.

... separating myself from who Phil Burnell is for this comment

I've browsed Twitch for streamers playing a game I'm interested in, or am already playing, just to see another person's take. If the person I stumbled upon is interesting, I'll give them a follow, and would likely watch their streams again, even if they aren't playing something I'm into. If they are a petulant baby and just toxic, even if I like the game, I'm not going to stick around and will probably not watch their stuff ever again, even if somebody I do watch raids them.

On top of this... one way to grow is to network. Make friends in the streaming world. It's not even a personal thing, it's a business thing. Businesses don't grow if they don't market and make nice with vendors in their space (and even their competitors). It is EXTREMELY hard to stay in business in a silo. I don't know how that's even hard to understand for a normal person, but Phil is not a normal person.

This is how the world of online content is these days. It's the streamer's job to entertain and maintain viewers. It's not 2009 where you can just make COD MW2 montages and go viral for that. It's not even the early Justin.tv/Twitch days where there were only a handful of live streamers playing each game and you just had to be a warm body to get viewers.

What's funny, and I've said this before, his whales prevent him from actually hitting rock bottom and having no choice but to move on. They're actually hurting him more than anything, even if it does keep him afloat financially. If OIC and GameCuckker get hit by a bus tomorrow, he's screwed.

Holy fuck, Meerkat is restreaming Re-Ack content. There's a video of some guy getting arrested cause he was trying to break into a mcdonalds whos lobby was closed. Phil goes something along the lines of "This is why you use doordash, so nothing bad can happen to you in your house." ffs

Speaking of house ^
Can someone clarify something for me. While digging through the Burnell Archives, I noticed that the large successful business Burnell Productions, is located at an address with the numerics "17583". This address take you to a Northend apartment/condo within a small gated community.

A police report filed in 2015 uses the numerics "17505" as the location for "Burnell Productions". I'm sure this has been discussed in the past but I'm curious to know which one is which? Both locations are basically across the fence from one another but one appears to be beige and the other one a grayish blue unit.

And no gay-ops here, just curious.

Yes, but deluded would be more appropriate. He believes that what he is doing is the same as a 9 to 5 - you clock in, do what you've been doing for years and get your money. No more, no less. If he gets less money than expected, he throws a tantrum because he is entitled to get the same amount as he did before. Obviously. After all, he is doing nothing different, so outside factors are to blame.

The guy has yet to grasp that what he is doing is not a job with a steady, predictable income. Or at the very least, not in the short term. He still doesn't understand what saving means.

Delayed gratification is his biggest hurdle. The gacha makes it worse.

My guess is that he always got what he wanted when he wanted it as a child (hence why the Wolverine figurine was such a big deal), so he got used to live like this. Having a comfy cushion to fall on every time he lost his job and the incredible luck to take advantage of one of YouTube's biggest trends did nothing to curb his warped worldview. And now it's pretty much too late to change.

You didn't want to wait half a decade for me to play indie and PC games?!?!?? WOW YOU'RE SO IMMATURE YOU FUCKING 3 YEAR OLD, EAT SHIT OUT OF MY ASSHOLE

He looks like he's regained at least half the weight he lost last few years.

Also, he's got the funniest double chin, it looks like it goes all the way around his face, LOL.
