What exactly are you asking me?
Lamby is currently applying for a restraining order against Emily Cassidy/ @SamanthaPrater . She wants to know if she can get a record of Emilys history of swatting and other restraining orders and include it in her own application for a RO.

Would I be able to call Emily’s legal offices in her county and ask for criminal records? Is that a thing? I think you can look criminal records up online, but it’s so muffled by those payed scam services that it’s difficult for me to find what I need.

Emily obviously has history with the law, and supposedly a recorded record of harassment charges and restraining orders. I think having documented evidence of this would help much more than just word of mouth; online harassment cases are hard to argue, so things like this are kind of needed. Just something I thought would be worth looking into.
Emily lives in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

I don't see anything. If she knows something I don't, she can contact the court in where Emily was charged. If she is looking at swattings, she'll have to contact Emily's local sheriff's office.

Weird. I could understand if she wasn't charged for any of her swattings since she's clearly retarded and they just sent her off to the mental hospital.
But there should be at least one restraining order recorded somewhere.

To play devil's advocate, I don't think anyone has a restraining order against Emily. For a few reasons. If my memory serves, the main reason it was thought there was one was someone years ago said something about how they'd take action against Emily. Emily eventually stopped talking about them, so therefor it was assumed a restraining order was put in place.

But there was never any confirmation from either party, that I remember seeing, and I don't think Emily is capable of keeping something like that to herself, law or no. I think she shut up about that person because she moved her hyperfixation to Lamby.

Also as just a small powerlevel, I have had a restraining order against someone in the past and I had to collect an immense amount of proof even though they were literally my neighbor. As Lamby has stated, it's difficult to get one for stuff that basically only exists on the internet, and out of all the harassment I've seen Emily do in the old repository, I'm not sure anyone else would have had a solid enough case against her in the past. (Other than the swatting, but like Man in A Dress said, I assume she played the retard card and went to the Meadows for that.)

Edit to clarify: Not to discourage Lamby from trying to get one. I think there probably is enough harassment on Emily's part to justify one. It won't be easy, but out of all Emily's victims, I just don't think anyone else in the past would have had enough.

That's odd because Aislinn went over this for us. It was implied Zephyr got an RO too but it was never confirmed.
3. Regarding the RO's. Due to an RO that was issued out against the bog hag, I'm not going to post the name of the Editor who did it. I have not talked personally to the individual, however, I did get it on good authority that this individual is terrified of Emmy, which is the reason she finally got one.
Either Aislinn is wrong or the RO is documented somewhere else.
Alternatively, is it somehow possible the RO would be issued against Emilys support group and not her specifically?

Without documented proof, I'm still inclined to believe the "good authority" they heard it from could have been mistaken. It seems like it's all word of mouth. Not to say I think anyone intentionally lied, or mislead, or had anything malicious in mind. But without some sort of proof, or direct word from the other party on the matter, I don't see where there's solid proof. So I can't help but be a bit skeptical.

Basing my judgement on Emily's actions, I wouldn't really be surprised if there IS an RO out there somewhere, but Lamby can't use "I heard it from someone who heard it from someone" on their application.

I love how she has an biological need to have an mortal enemy, even when nobody is fucking with her for over the course of two days.

Amusingly, one of Emily's common demands was granted but not because of anything she or her victims did. The post describing her less than pleasant history on r/arttheft that she has raged oh so many times about no longer exists because r/arttheft no longer exists.

>gets caught stealing other peoples work for her own shitty rp server
>"Don't act like you don't also do it"

Role playing sucks, cope and sneed.

As for Kiwifarms using photos...yes? Whats your point? This site isn't for role playing and the occasional larper that does appear is quickly mocked into silence.
Also, I don't think Wandering ever claimed to be in her communities. I'm assuming she refers to her dead Discord or maybe she's extremely possessive of the places she was banished from.
No worries, I'll take a look at your dead server instead of Wandering.

In this shitty amazing world where "you can be literally anything, even a dinosaur!" with every trope and concept poorly forced in with no consideration to storytelling, worldbuilding or...well, anything really; there is only cooming from a group of mongoloids.
If it wasn't for the whole age playing thing, I would have almost believed Emily has some kind of standards.
Btw, this Melon/Cotton person is the unfortunate victim of my little joke a few months back, when Emily demanded I identify myself in her server and she immediately swung the banhammer when I said I was Melon/Cotton.

This can sometimes happen. It is possible someone will reach out to Reddit and ask to be appointed Janny so the subreddit can resume activity.

What gets me with her stupid larp is... has she never fucking read a book? Other role play sessions other than her own?  Played a videogame?
spoilered for rp cringe
it's less faggy online roleplay and more story boarding stuff for books my husband and I write independently, but we will occasionally do little stories to flesh out a character and feel what way they wanna go. I.e. not a full "session", just a situation if we're stuck on something.
It isn't fucking hard, literally the first thing you do is figure out what your world looks like, the state of it (is it war torn? Thriving? Post apocolyptic? Poor?) Then you focus on a very loose idea that ties wvery character together somehow, (is it travelling/adventure? Are they just trying to survive in their home city/village/continent? Will you be able to know what others in different areas are going through? If so, how?)
example: currently working on a cringe fan story or Monster Hunter World, it's a favorite game of mine and so open to interpretation that it makes it a fun challenge. It's.... in a sense both midival  and post apocalyptic in the game, the world was sent back to the fucking dark ages because nature itself was tired of humans and wyverian peoples abusing and making monstrosities that shouldn't exist out of all the dragons, and created world ending "black dragons", something even elder dragons fear. Elder dragons are basically just dragons that show up out of nowhere, have no liniage, basically nobody knows how the fuck or why they were created, just that they destablize the environment and have to be culled, but they're still animals. Smart, but animals. Black dragons will melt other monsters, hunters, stone, etc to give itself armor using their corpses.
^somehow this game isn't super fleshed out, you don't know what happened to cause the world to end because it happened so long ago that everyone who might have survived is long dead, no survivors that saw whatever happened. It cleaved the continent in 2 to the point the east and west sides of the largest kingdom in the game are so utterly isolated from the event that they don't even know the other side exists because of a giant mountain range being formed and splitting it.
This alone has no particular goal, which is why there are different games that are loosely connected via hunting monsters. The best world building in the world has no point if there isn't some kind of story holding it together, even if it's not very descriptive itself.
I get not everyone can write, shits' hard at times, but the very fucking basics aren't. If you know much about writing, the story will sound impressive until you think about it, and realize the game might get stale without a good plot, which is what unfortunately happened to the earliest games. World, Rise and hopefully Wilds are all challenging that. /end autism
