I'm pretty convinced between his defense of Jack Murphy back in January 2022 and his current nonstop Balldowashing that Barnes has some enormous skeletons in his closet, and the "muh Constitutional rights" shtick is his only defense for them.
I think Barnes has gotten to the point where he believes there's a deepstate boogeyman under every rock. To his credit, he
has worked cases that involve legitimate corruption from state officials, judges, prosecutors, corporations, etc. For example, right now, he's defending Amos Miller in PA, an Amish farmer who's getting screwed over by the PA Department of Agriculture. He's also representing Brook Jackson, the Pfizer whistleblower, as well as going after Tyson Foods for their vaccine mandate policy and treatment of workers. Then, he's got his "Hush Hush" series on Locals, which is basically a history of political corruption in the US.
I hate the government as much as anyone else here, but I think everyone needs to remember that
Barnes is an activist. This is what he does. Yes, he's an attorney, but every case he takes has a political purpose behind it. Hence, his conflict with the Rittenhouse legal team.
I haven't actually watched any videos where he talks about Nick's situation. Has Barnes bothered trying to explain
why exactly the state is going after Nick? What bombshell was he going to drop? What whistles was he going to blow? When has he even talked about the local police and judges, other than to level petty, personal complaints against them?
