I swear that moratorium on evictions during COVID really has made these people think that they can just never pay rent and be fine. Also, how the fuck do these people think they can manage to make rent on a place that expensive if you don't work? I guess when everyone was getting free money to do fuck all there was plenty to give out, but now? And I love how they have to try and drum up money by playing the white guilt card. Fuck off you lazy sack of shit. I hope you get your ass evicted and have to live in your car. Tophat if you want but Mem is one of the most egregious beggars in this thread. Her own thread can't come soon enough.
I have no doubt about that, but I think a large part of the reason they won't let the repairman in is because they've absolutely trashed the entire house and they don't want anyone coming in and seeing just how badly it's been destroyed. Hell, we've seen the pictures that she's shared where they just tossed full garbage bags into the basement. That house has to absolutely reek. We also only have Mem's word on the sewage problem, they've never shared pictures. It's amazing how every house that she rents has all these problems crop up as soon as she and the roomie have moved in. It's almost like there's common denominator involved here.Mem might be sharing some truth in the penalty part: if mem and roomie are denying the landlord's repairman access and refusing to be available/demanding excessive "accomdations" after reporting uninhabitable conditions, most tenant-landlord laws state that the landlord can take action against the tenant for obstructing needed repairs. It can be eviction, fines, whatever the locality says is legal. You're not allowed to claim conditions that are dangerous to health and safety and then make it impossible to fix and still withhold rent, which is probably what Mem is doing.
If you end up in a shitty rental property with a shitty landlord, that's unfortunate. If every single property and every single landlord you have is shitty, then maybe it's time to consider the common denominator.I have no doubt about that, but I think a large part of the reason they won't let the repairman in is because they've absolutely trashed the entire house and they don't want anyone coming in and seeing just how badly it's been destroyed. There's totally someone funding her, how is she able to get $650 at the end of the week out of nowhere despite not getting much at all the rest of the week? The "oh no I need even more money to pay my storage bills" is worse since she can get $650 for rent every week from randoms but not the $250/$300 needed for storage?View attachment 6047280
I really want to know what hotel this is, as they seem to have no problems with customers paying fees at the last possible second/late.
At least around here, post COVID, some hotels/motels changed into "transitional" housing. Basically in between a shelter and an actual apartment. But $650 a week in incredibly high for that.View attachment 6047280

Or it could mean you live in Florida with a bad credit score. If you end up in a shitty rental property with a shitty landlord, that's unfortunate. If every single property and every single landlord you have is shitty, then maybe it's time to consider the common denominator.
These losers are so lazy they won't even double beg (irl and online at same time)This is barely a life. If you have to e-beg every day of the week to survive, that's no different from begging on the street. And come on, e-beggars reposting each other's tweets is just sad, I mean seriously? A group of e-beggars shilling each other? That's when you know you're in deep water. And this is just 1 person, imagine all the other e-beggars who get randomly funded so the donators can feel better about themselves.
I get a kick out of watching eviction hearings on YouTube, especially since the Covid stays expired. There are a lot of questionable looking people renting motel rooms for $250 a week, especially in Michigan. At least around here, post COVID, some hotels/motels changed into "transitional" housing. Basically in between a shelter and an actual apartment. But $650 a week in incredibly high for that.
If you think that's bad, this is Mercedes Burtts. pretty sure she's been posted here before. current instagram handle is @sagittariusqueenvibess, she's been begging for years but demands money in $30-50 increments. Clearly an addiction of some kind. Here's way more screenshots of her being rude and demanding money https://imgur.com/a/eV7aq7YThere's totally someone funding her, how is she able to get $650 at the end of the week out of nowhere despite not getting much at all the rest of the week? Love how it's not "$5 from 29 people" or "even a dollar helps" but $21 from 7 people as if someone's going to blow over 20 dollars on some random disabled chick they're probably never met lol.

"I hope I can beg even more in person to reduce the amount of e-begging I need to do"
Genuinely asking, why does she think she deserves a reduced/fixed rate? The hotel is a business and they can't just reduce/fix rates because some disabled person told them they should.

If I scroll down her posts and only see e-begging and posts about disabled/queer/whatever flavor of the week things, then she's not actually doing anything outside of this, right? She's just terminally online?
phrasing their e-beg as "my monthly payment" is disgusting. in three words they already lay claim to the money of others as if it is their birthright.the insta comments telling people to check their DMs to respond to her demands are a nice touch
I don't even think she has kids. she has like 1-2 photos of herself with some kids which I'm pretty sure are likely her babysitting nephews or something and claims she's a "single mom of 3". don't want to dox her family but while her mom and sisters post about Mercedes, and mom posts about the sister's kids, there is no mention of Mercedes having kids. And of course she could probably easily ask her family for money if she really needed help. She's previously doxed herself as staying in the Bulldog Inn in Athens, GA which looks like a roach motel.wow @candleman those imgur screenshots are great, thank you! attitude gone to 11 on a scale of 1-10.

lol $250 for "something small." i know USD ain't what it used to be but come on.
either she is an addict AND/OR just as likely is begging to support the addiction of some worthless live-in boyfriend. i think that's quite common among the more aggro female ebeggars.
