You can't. If there's a manner by which accounts can no longer be pinged via the "@" then that is not it. I'd imagine it has more to do with the account being inactive, but can't provide any substantiation.

The only thing that is instantly banned is being a pedophile (as evidenced by the recent ban of marlintan for admitting to possessing CSAM or Christopher "pedo doujins" Gesualdi being immediately banned after he made his account known). If being a furry was bannable then @Roxanne Wolf would have been banned forever ago.
