He's going to fight this. At the bare minimum, he's going to fight to get the search warrant (and the evidence found) excluded.
If/when he loses that fight, he'll probably bitch out and plead no contest.
Why no contest? A few reasons. It'll save him the humiliation of fighting a battle he can't win (and deny lawtube big bucks grifting off his trial), it'll allow him to never admit he did anything wrong, and it'll give him the means to paint himself as a victim of da big bad gubmint and its pussy liquor judiciary.
