Your use of the word is as loose as their use of the established term "conspiracy", why are you making me defend a fat potato chips munching pig?
Since they didn't explain what the state's conspiracy was, whose fault was it when people go off the rails with the wildest speculation? Don't like it, don't cry foul conspiracies like a retard political sperg when your gimps get arrested. Easy.
Just say the pigs were corrupt or did a bad job or whatever, they didn't but at least you have a better leg to stand on.

Go back to fucking reddit. You don't know what a strawman is.

You don't know what a strawman is. Potentially Criminal was simply talking about the objective legal points and whenever he mentioned a legal point that could be potentially used to defend Nick (in the legal sense) PPP would interupt him with stupid shit like "So you think Joe Biden created some big government conspiracy against Nick or something?"

Kind curious, if Nick hadn’t done his coke stream the search warrant would have been nonexistent right?
Unlikely. There was plenty of evidence before the coke stream to justify a warrant imo. Probable Cause is a pretty low bar to meet, and something like single percentage points of searches are deemed unreasonable in the state of Minnesota. Frankly, the coke stream is the weakest part of the PC affidavit imo.

Judging by the affidavit, yeah. He would've been on their radar from the complaints and a CPS wellness check probably would have happened sooner or later (or the cops would just start keeping an eye out for his cars and breaking his "shockingly never pulled over" streak), but the search that lead to his arrest ONLY happened because of his cokestream, as it pushed the needle from concern to probable cause.

Camelot331 does not have a thread (why not? he's a NASCAR driver now) and I don't want this accidental freeze frame to go to waste.

Looks like we know where April's staying 🥁
why are all these streamers 5'1

MDMA actually makes a lot of sense for personal use & owning a scale. Shame Aaron is such a detestable retard, many of his claims have been pretty truthful thus far.
I'd say about 20% complete nonsense, 50% partially correct and 30% he was literally balls deep in that shit.
"I'd have thought it would be way more a bigger deal beyond international news"
Eh The Daily Mail is basically an unlicensed paper edition of the Kiwi Farms. Null needs to get The Dakota Dairy Diversions Digest into print so he can sue those limey fucks.

Like what has OJ Simpson got to do with anything?
That’s not a strawman. The claim was that there’s a conspiracy from the government to get Nick.
PPP’s point of “is Nick OJ Simpson” was pointing out the absurdity of the claim since Nick isn’t worth anyone’s time to frame
I don't think you watched the stream, I think you just heard other people saying stuff and posted the link. Or if you did watch it you have some grudge against the guy and are deliberately taking things completely out of context. This stream was before any information had been released beside the charges and he asked both sides to prove the constitutionality of the warrant if they had an absolute belief in it either way. And he was simply reacting to Barnes's stream with legal arguments as to whether he had good points or not. Again, this stream was BEFORE most of the information had come out.

Here are 3 clips from the stream. Does this sound like noseguarding and just co-signing Barnes to you?

Here's a clip of him asking people on Kiwi Farms to make a thread defeating the 4th Amendment arguments against the search. He's not saying the warrant was unconstitutional he's simply offering a challenge to make legal arguments for ts constitutionality. (With the information publicly known at the time. As the warrant hadn't been publicly released when this stream was broadcast.)

I did watch it, twice in fact, and I watched your clips. Yes, he was Nose guarding and he co-signed Barnes. He attacked Nick, but a lot of they felt performative

Seeing these pictures I understand what Nick meant by "healthiest he's been since college", he was trying to recover from twink death. Unfortunately for him, he only transformed into a coked up anorexic ghoul.
Lololololll nick was never a twink.

He was a dork. And apparently never got over it.

These are from right around the wedding. I think they honeymooned in HI. The last two are college cheerleading photos.

He genuinely looks retarded in these old photos. Also, what happened to his glasses? Did he get LASIK or something?

How did that dude bag that woman. Also how does that woman turn into the Kayla we see in the mugshot.
Two words: Trust fund.

I think you would need to rub out quite a few pieces of evidence before the search warrant disappears.

The mandatory report alone might’ve triggered a CPS investigation but that could've just involved interviews from a case worker (at least to begin with), the police aren't kicking down doors everytime someone notices smelly kids.

The stream alone likely wouldn't have attracted police attention, and if it did, wouldn't constitute probable cause. He looks fucked up but that's flimsy evidence for executing a search warrant without them having received corroborating concerns of drug use.

It's altogether that they form an airtight reason. Only midwits view them in isolation.

Has the KinoCasino Kick channel been deleted? I can't find it to catch up clips I've missed. It's in my follow list but says it doesn't exist when I click on it.

Kick is such a crap app. They need to allow it to play when your phones locked and is full of bugs. Youtube and twitch will never be replaced at this rate.
Yeah, not allowing locked/tabbed out playback is cancer from YouTube that has carried over. If it's like YouTube you can just reject the script that enables that behavior, I know on YouTube that the script loads *after* the video so if you're quick enough you can change tabs and keep a video playing without doing anything technical with your browser. Sites with a podcast/just chatting option are gay for requiring your phone be unusable for the duration.

This bitch has some Anisa tier tattoos. What compels these dumb bitches to ruin their skin with retarded drawings.

Idk man. It’s really fucking weird. It’s like they KNOW at some level that tattoos are trashy, since they don’t go for the typical tramp stamps.

Instead, like Our Wife (sadly!) they come up with some “original” design “representing” things and “oh look, it’s five butterflies, one for each of my kids!”

And they think it’s super duper meaningful and clever, and TOTALLY not like those trashy bar flys who get inked.

Usually, it’s a sad way of trying to hold on to youth and project an image of “I’m cool! Not like the other moms!” They don’t think about how it’ll look in a decade. Or how bizarre it’ll look when they’re 60, and got faded, wrinkly ink on their body.

What? He was using the strawman of the conspiracy theory to try to argue against Potentially Criminal's perfectly reasonable legal arguments about the search warrant. And I use the term "arguments" very loosely, as he was simply making legal points, he wasn't claiming the search warrant was invalid. PPP was just trying to get him into an argument and cause drama for no reason. PC wasn't supporting Nick.
I don't blame PPP for pressing Sean in that stream, Sean came off as sweeping when you consider he was splitting hairs over how hard the door was rammed down in front of the little girl. I think since then he's turned on Nick a bit more, since the turbo balldowashers got into it with him for not being on their side enough. Still wasn't a great look at the time, and I think Sean should be far past the point of wishing Nick well when you look back at how viciously abusive Nick was toward him on stream on multiple occasions. Sean made the naive mistake of thinking Nick was anything but a black hole that his sympathy would disappear into.

It's altogether that they form an airtight reason.

Nick also got fucked hard by where he lives. If he had been living in a major metropolitan area, or just a suburb with cops busy with niggershines spilling over from “urban” neighborhoods, there wouldn’t have been a case.

Someone does drugs? Yeah get in line buddy!

But since he lives in a rural county with a effective police department that is hardly overburdened, they have time for a case like this.
