Whatever that is, I don’t think that can be described as dysphoric. It’s more a kind of unsettling feeling or revulsion.

The uncanny valley feeling.

Something definitely is horribly wrong and unnatural.

Something I've noticed as well is that his English accent is fading. He's sounding more generic American, and you can tell when comparing both videos you posted. Maybe it's a case of his accent changing, but muscle memory for the S sound hasn't changed, sho he sounds a bit like Sean Connery at the end of the shecond video.
