It’ll probably be a clean break. For one, Aaron never had kids with April so no child support and kids custody complicating the divorce. Also April didn’t seem to be a stay at home wife for years and years and she likely had some kind of paying job and employment even if it was Aaron’s show, so no alimony.

Those two factors alone means you can only do so much in a divorce, at most Aaron would have to give April her shit back, but you don’t need divorce courts for her to go to Aaron’s house and get that stuff back.

April was stupid. Aaron insisted she NOT get another job, then hired her for the show. She was the 'general manager' of STMS, and was quitfired by Aaron. AFAIK she did all of his tech and sound setups, clips and graphics. I fully believe she would have taken him to court (with grounds), however she knows there's nothing to be gained. The amount of donos this guy begs for are public info. Its not worth fighting for a portion of minimum wage earnings.

Aaron's 1st ex wife found out about the partying and drugs because she questioned Aaron. The partying and drugs were rumors online, and a constant needling point from Patrick Melton. Melton broke this guy's brain.
She dragged him and April into family court in some form or fashion after the rumors got back to her. I doubt Aaron copped to everything at the time, but he claims he spilled it all to Ashley.
