You are not owed sex, work on yourself and put yourself out there and you will most likely find companionship. I've seen couples, married ones, even, where the man is clearly the big infant and the wife/girlfriend acts as the mommy figure and it's extremely cringy. If such a sight doesn't motivate you to get your shit together, nothing will.
