Unpopular Opinions about Video Games

Sex appeal in a video game, especially if it's rated accordingly, is not grounds to groom kids.
How the fuck do my point had anything to do with grooming kids at all? My point is that if they were they were group in power they would act in exactly the same way, their thought process of "I don't enjoy it therefore no one else should be able to enjoy it" The joke was both sides want to groom kids just down different paths not that they should be groomed in the first place retard.

BUT WHAT IF IT WAS REVERSED is a very poor political argument that holds no weight to what's CURRENTLY happening.

And I don't get your "joke," nor do I want to.

Sex appeal in a video game, especially if it's rated accordingly, is not grounds to groom kids. Your argument falls flat because you're failing to understand that progressive mandates in video games stifles creativity in favor of pushing an agenda.
It always catches me off-guard when you're based.

And the proof for that retarded assertion is?
If came to him in a dream.

I actually really disagree. I think low-level D&D games are better than higher level ones pretty much without exception. Teams of plucky adventurers fighting goblins in idyllic settings are just more fun than a party gradually becoming unstoppable demigods.

Not to say that I dislike Baldur's Gate 2, but the enemies and settings and mechanical balance of D&D tends to get less interesting and wonkier as your characters get more powerful. I always found BG1 or the Icewind Dale games to be the more enjoyable experience.
IWD 1 is fucking amazing and I wish it got more love just because i think it's got some of the best encounter design of the infinity engine games. I think it and shadows of amn really managed to get the balance and definitely learned from a lot of bg1's mistakes.

Bethesda open worlds 2006-2011 cannot be beaten.

Yes, Todd deserves a beating on a daily basis. Yes, they are bugged to comically unfathomable proportions. Yes, the NPC faces resemble hastily-peeled potatoes.

But… just but. The chaos. The exploration. The random sequence of events you can get. 50% of me is mentally screaming for a new game to play. The other 50% of me is convinced that I would be happy playing nothing other than a stability-modded Skyrim setup until the day I die.

Sonic was always bad. Even the classics are not fun to play compared to the other better games of the times
Sonic 2 was always good. I can see arguments against Sonic 1 and Sonic 3, the latter of which is overrated, but you'd be hard pressed to find an equally good Platformer at the time outside of the other big names like Mario, Mega Man, etc.

Looking back, it’s amazing what Sonic 2 squeezed into the cartridge. All those levels, plus a pretty good new special stage mechanic, a follower, and split screen - in 1992 no less.

(Ok, the split screen was migraine inducing, but still)

Sonic 2 kicked ass, especially the special stages, but i cant see an argument against Sonic 3 epsecially if its Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Its just everything you loved about the previous sonic games but elevated. Even the chos emeralds get turned into Super Emerealds if you dont suck at it, and its the first and only appearance of the the super forms of tails and knuckles.

I kind of understood until you mentioned Skyrim. That game feels like nothing but copypasted dungeons full of zombies in viking helmets.

Sonic 3 just has some bad stages. None of Sonic 2's are bad, mediocre at worst. But there's a couple straight up trash stages, like the ones where you ride on a spinning top and an iceberg riding maze stage. It could just be that I'm bad, but well, that wasn't a problem in the previous games.

There are good sonic games, but all of the 3d ones are fucking garbage, i used to love Sonic Adventure, but a lot of the mechanics seem very dated like the "jump pads" or that part where you had to fish for an hour and that's not even getting into the games with really stupid shit where the game would just soft lock you if you didnt play it exactly right, or bosses just infinitely damaged you,

Yeah i get that, but every game has shitty stages or did you forget about Mystic Cave Zone in sonic 2.
