I believe he has veneers. They normally last about 15 years depending on how well you take care of them then they would eventually have to be replaced regardless of how well they were taken care of. Unless he got crowns or actual implants. They tend to last much longer/more durable but cost more unless in the US insurance will cover it which is rare. Normally if your teeth are beyond fucked up they’ll cover removal and dentures, still sometimes they won’t be covered.

People are prescribed this combination, but it's not ideal and is actually medically contraindicated and considered high-risk. Mixing SSRIs with serotonergic drugs (amphetamines, narcotic painkillers, triptans, and other types of psychiatric drugs) can lead to serotonin syndrome. This is increased serotonergic activity of the CNS and can display physiological symptoms such as muscle spasms, hyperflexia, tremor, etc. Mentally, the person can appear agitated, anxious, disoriented, and even delirious. Serious or worsening symptoms are considered a medical emergency and can be life-threatening.

That being said, the combination of both drugs in the absence of serotonin syndrome can still cause behavioural changes, especially as many SSRIs are sedating and amphetamines tend to do the opposite.
