Even for the eldest son, when it’s your parents you just don’t think of that kind of thing even when it’s obvious, unless you’ve grown up around the drug use for years and they didn’t try and hide it from you. I've seen the clip. I can't recall which channel it was from.

Dick was already criticizing July before the stream. It is a bit disingenuous to blame it fully on her.

I believe it goes like this: Nina was upset because Dick criticized a comic he hadn't read while he was throwing shade at July. She called him on it. This happened when July was celebrating the success of his first comic. Dax was present, and July appeared briefly but left before Vito joined. (The conversation eventually shifted to Vito's inappropriate "jokes" about being a pedophile.) During the stream, Dick promised to read the comic and later did, only to criticize it even more harshly across social media. Nick, who wasn't on that stream, later defended Dick and also criticized July's comic, particularly focusing on the "bad" art.

The situation escalated from there. After weeks (or even months) of Vito, Dick, and Nick bashing July, he finally appeared on Nick's stream, where Nick lost his temper. I'm sure other people here can clarify or correct any inaccuracies in my memory.
