Yeah, I just don't think it warrants the term Marxism. Marxism was a class based analysis that sought to explain historical and economical developments through the struggle between the classes. This seems to me to be more about a cultural and economic elite who loathe and detest the working class and their values and have done everything in their power to strip them of what economic and political power they ever had.

As I say, people like Gramsci, Marcuse, Adorno, etc. laid out the methodology for cultural domination, but they've completely evacuated all of the political and economic features which are what makes Marxism Marxism.
