A misdemeanor doesn't necessarily violate probation and I doubt convictions for two misdemeanors where the offense happened before probation would count.

There was a local sovereign citizen guy in Nick's area who used to report fake news about Nick (Terry Dean Nemmers). Nemmers was famous for (a) Making his own license plates, (b) getting caught with them (c) going into traffic court and trying to arrest the judge. He also sells an "arrest a judge" kit which Nick may now find useful.

I'm sure if he is not currently in the state hospital or on his meds, that the could offer lots of good legal advice to Nick.
