Kneeling on buckwheat used to be a common punishment for kids in Eastern Europe, similar to getting belted. These days, it's generally frowned upon, like other forms of physical punishment.

When that fat chick showed up, a super chat asked her a few questions, including whether she ever got the "buckwheat." She responded with something like, "yes, I was a wild kid."

I've been spending a lot of time reading the Anisa Johma / idubbbzz thread. I've also been spending a lot of time reading this thread.

For awhile, I couldn't figure out who, beyond sexual sadists, this Square Hut stream actually appealed to. What kind of person would pay to have someone tortured?

Then, something in my brain allowed my thoughts regarding the two threads to meld together.

The more I think about this, the more I think it's the best move for the careers and bank account. Imagine how big this would be if they replicated it. Anisa already claims to be "the most hated person on the internet, more hated than Onision." If that's true, why not profit from it? Not to mention, this would be the biggest viral story of the decade.

Imagine you tune in. Anisa is crying. You pay to have her flogged. Now she's screaming and crying harder. Before she catches her breath, you put her in a cocoon. She's snotting and blabbering all over Ian's face, who can't hold back on visibly hating her at this point.

This would make so much money.

I don't actually hate them or want anything bad to happen to them. It's like the heel in wrestling. It could be fun to cheer against them.

I'm just saying, it would be successful.

Interesting, the parts you seem to be responding to appear have been edited out now, and they make the whole comment seem a lot more sadistic. Were you putting words in @Chongqing's mouth or is that a legit quote from the original?


I wonder how fatty is doing this week. I wonder if she had any idea what she was getting into before she entered the house or if she went in blind, like had she even seen the stream? Maybe she was just a whore Artur brought in for the day and was never supposed to stay long, just give the impression that people can leave and this crew choose not to. Maybe she knew exactly what she was getting into and learned something about herself when she couldn't hack it. Maybe this stream and thread are on my mind too much. Maybe I just don't want to wonder how Natasha is doing too hard because I already know that answer. I wonder if her kid is okay and has grandparents looking after him. Foster care in a warzone probably isn't particularly fantastic, if Ukraine even had a decent system to begin with (guessing nope). Shit, I'm feelsposting again, aren't I.

Before I edited my post, it had more info about how this would fit into my daily schedule and how I would start out by trying a bunch of different punishments but then would focus on the ones I like.

It's still there in one of the quoted posts if you want to read it.

I just removed it because it felt kind of unhinged and, after thinking about it, I doubt I would actually be as interested in this as I had originally said. It's also very weird to be like, "I would totally torture this specific person." So I wanted to walk that back.

That's cool, I'm glad you are reflective and able to change your mind and stuff. We all feel the need to a-log sometimes, but also it's good to come down from that rage-high and realise we have souls too, right <3

To delve further into it, I don't think I would watch your version even if the people involved were all horrible and I hated them.. I watch clips of Square Hut here but I won't go and stream their actual channel because it's godawful and hopeless and I don't want to give Artur the extra views, he's already making money off of sadistic fucks out there.

If people I hated did their own version of this I'd feel conflicted because they'd be knowingly and willingly doing it for profit, the way you are proposing it. Either I'd be watching people be tortured for someone else's gain or I'd be giving money and attention to people I disliked intensely enough to want to watch them suffer, and that creates too much cognitive dissonance for my tiny little brain to hold inside it. I think anyone I hate enough to want to see physically harmed, I hate enough to want to actively participate in the harming of, y'know? Like there are only one or two and the hatred is personal enough that paying someone else to do the job for me wouldn't be satisfying anyway.

All of this hypothetically and in the abstract/in Minecraft, obviously. Mostly I just hope Natasha eventually gets out and gets her shit together enough to parent her kid, tbh.

I wonder if it's a bunch of Russian trolls who enjoy it just as their way of fucking with Ukraine. If not, god help them when the Russians find out about this stream. I wonder what'd happen if they got paid to do a bunch of pro-Russian propaganda type stuff, if the 'recruiters' show up at their door, throw them all into the back of the van and the story ends with them being thrown into the front line meat grinder

Have been following since I discovered the thread a few days ago. Really grim stuff. I feel terrible for Natasha but she is a trooper for sure. I hope she gets out of there ok

They speak Russian most of the time, so a good chunk of their audience is Russian. That being said, they won't play Russian music (illegal in Ukraine), so I doubt they would do anything overtly anti-Ukranian.

It says "plucky." I have no idea what it means. You can translate text on screen with OCR. I've found the easiest method is to use Yandex. Just take a screenshot and ctrl + v paste it here: https://translate.yandex.com/en/ocr. Doesn't always work with text written on the body for obvious reasons.
