Afaik, the channel is his only income source through donations or ad revenue for videos that aren't demonetized. I doubt twitch would tolerate him fro longHis face and likely name are public knowledge and afaik he has no college degree so he's pretty fucked job wise. Odysee is still up and running. They were fucked with by the government and had to auction it off.
They bought it themselves, and all I have heard about future plans is to make it more decentralized and more censorship-resistant.
You won't get anything in terms of ad revenue, but they have stuck to their free speech principles and take the smallest super berry cut. The driving force behind it is Jeremy Kauffman, a free speech libertarian, who has shown his conviction through his actions.
For Chatbois Odysee is by far the most fun to be at. You can say all the nigger-words. Their TOS is set up so you can have any chat culture you want, but if you go to a furry streamer and call them a degenerate nigger on their stream you will get bonked.

Bitchute is still going. They had to block certain channels in certain countries and are generally being messed with for being based in the UK.

D-Live did its purge of undesirables pretty early in its life and crashed because of that. They are now slowly trying to get people back by being free speech, but you can't trust them.

PeerTube is very censorship-resistant, but it's not like a regular video platform, so adoption is very slow.

A content creator who is on the edgy side should use all video platforms he can and actively direct people to the platforms that give him the best deal and are more censorship-resistant.

TLAV is banned on all the big platforms but still using them.
They "pirate stream," basically always having alt accounts streaming on all platforms.

Anyone trying to make money with edgy content should get a website. It costs nothing and is less likely to be censored. It takes a dedicated big tech troon using all his big tech connections to take a website down temporarily.

Rumble wants to be the conservoid YouTube and if you look at their TOS they have set it up so they can purge all the wrong thinkers and edgy creators in the near future.

I used to lurk on RPGCodex a while back. It's full of grumpy bastards but had a real issue with the drunkcels, aka a group of a-holes who plotted to take the forums over because they hate women or something, and a bunch of people got banned and then Russian hackers came along and now half the user base is gone and most of the boards are dead. It's a shame, but they brought it on themselves by locking 90% of the forums behind a paywall (or a year wait).

The good thing about Odysee is that it is just a frontend, and anyone can spin up a frontend for LBRY with enough dedication.
If you get banned from Odysee, your account gets hidden on Odysee alone and is still present on LBRY.
Nothing is censorship-proof, but the people behind LBRY went out of their way to make it censorship-resistant.

As long as Jeremey Kauffman has influence over Odysee it will stay free speech.

He will probably get banned at some point, and he will end up missing streaming. If he has to build it back up from zero on alternative platforms alone, he will have no fun.
It doesn't cost any money, and it doesn't take much time to set it up.

The folks at EFAP were buck broken by Synthetic Man whenever he's mentioned, especially when they watch his videos. They're cowards and grifters who'll about-face on their opinions if enough people in their group like/dislike something. Such is the case with the Fallout show. They'll go after Synth in the most childish way possible, but only when he disrespects their favorite movie games, and only if they're wildly praised like Dad of War. As mentioned before, even hearing that someone likes the original God of War triggers Mauler so hard that he had a borderline mental breakdown on stream. I miss Wolf, at least he got out in time despite his existing issues (well he's technically back), I'll forever treasure his Y-Wing rant (coincidentally they reposted it in the highlights channel and the first comment says "problematic (I mean, look at their channel, of course they'd say that)," EFAP audience everyone, it's censored obviously with a big ass disclaimer).
