I really hate how women have successfully used taboos to hobble language. My particular least favorite is that, at some point, feminists announced generic "he" is banned because it hurts their feelings and makes them feel left out. The problem is that there is no replacement in English. We have one generic personal, singular pronoun, and it's "he." No, "they" is not an alternative. "If a developer is using the clang compiler, they must take care to..." is wrong. The practical consequence of this is that public communication incorporating generic singulars is forbidden, or you have to reword what you wrote to avoid using pronouns.

I am constantly having to rewrite things to be stilted and wooden because a woman somewhere will get mad. I have been having to do this for decades. I hate it, and I hate women. They never should have been allowed into the workplace.

And of course, they don't at all connect how normalizing the principle that if a pronoun upsets you, the entire world must change the way it speaks to avoid offending you to how the troon menace has risen.

Why don't you stop worrying about what women say and post online? Any guy who cares about that is an idiot. Women have the whole entire Internet to ruin with their every stupid and pointless insecure thought. Just ignore them as hard as you can.

I think incels do deserve their hate, but not for the reasons that thread was probably made. I dislike incels because they're still placing women on a pedestal and believe sex is some magical event that will fix all of their problems and make them a whole person. If they can't be content alone then adding another person to their life is just a short term distraction from real problems in their life that they could probably easily fix, if they weren't caught in the loop of crying to other people online.

Women can't fix anything and they have to go to men to try to solve their problems.

You will find the woman-hate thread is far less misogynistic than the man-hate thread is misandric. At times, they're even more misogynistic than we are. It's a conundrum I'll never figure out, but H.L. Mencken once purportedly said that a misogynist is a man who hates women as much as women hate each other.

I can't believe how much shit I've seen poor @Otterly get in that thread. She's well-liked in absolutely every other place I see her post, but there she gets grief on a regular basis.

If you got a problem with Otterly, I'd wager the issue is with you. Most prominent folks here are fairly contentious and divisive, but I can't think of anyone outside of the MHT that's got beef with Otterly. In a place like this, that's pretty damn remarkable.
