No matter what anyone says or thinks about you, you find happiness and joy in your circumstances gigantic cope
Why did you lie to us?
I am not particularly aware of lying to you?
Also ummm... I never asked anyone to defend me
Rekieta's Law, any time Nick claims to be honest, the next thing out of his lying-ass mouth will also be a gigantic lie.
holy cow, still as retarded as ever. he already tried it with the defamation case, and it didnt work for him. and now he wants this more damaging criminal case drag as long as he can? he will piss the judge more, brilliant strategy, let's see how it plays out
It's an obvious strategy but you're not supposed to SAY that. But again, Nick is an absolute retard.

It's the sort of thing a court takes notice of when it's sentencing time.

As funny as it would be, it seems he does actually mean to be streaming right around now.

Also, over 700 viewers in the live chat for a Locals stream! I'm sure @Himedall All-seeing Waifu can correct if I'm wrong, but this might be the biggest show he's had on Locals in almost a year!

He is at 657 now, but non-paying members can watch the chat and are included in that number, potentially, without being able to see the actual stream.

Here is a summary:

- He is streaming from his sunroom in his house, so he has NOT been kicked out from it. His audio is scuffed and he is blowing out his microphone.

- He bitches about people misinterpreting what he says about 'new studio' and 'removing alcohol', but that is fine. People do what they want. What he ACTUALLY meant was removing alcohol from the show for the foreseeable future and changing the décor.

The WORST part is having to take down the alcohol painting from his background. He is putting up the Joke painting in it's place for... reasons...

He will also be standing during the show. He thinks it will give him more energy and keep him active and thinking.

- Nick has to watch what he says online because of his case. He says a lot of people have GREAT advice for him in his case. He says that based on that, he can tell who has a clue about criminal trials and who does not. Some are lawyers who have trouble seeing straight... They are pretending... especially about being good with women.

- He made a joke about the prosecutor needing to learn how to type. He immediately disclaimed it was a joke and she is 'nice' and he has worked with her before.

- People have reached out privately with advice. He appreciates it, but they do not have all the facts, so the advice is not applicable to him.

- He says Joe the Jew was good about helping. Megan Fox is on the good list too. They asked about his health and family first. He said DUIGuy was helpful and made some kind of 'offer' to him that was 'generous' and he may or may not take up. His non-editing editor, Ryan, also made the list. Viva and Barnes are really great too. Coomalot helped too. Kurt is awesome. Lead Attorney is wonderful. The rest know who they are.

- People do not know the 'real story' about what has happened. They have it very wrong. He was trending online and Law & Crime covered his warrant. Nick wants to review it live.

- People have said a lot about his wife and himself. People can only base their opinions based on what they know. At some point he might have the chance to correct the record, but he might not. He cannot go out and fight it because you cannot say what you want when you are indicted.

- He does not judge people who get it wrong--EXCEPT those who KNOW better and are dishonest about it. He won't name names, and he has to be vague. The WORST is the people who know him and his CHARACTER, and lie. It is projection because of their OWN flaws. He will not call anyone out, but he just wants the audience to know...

- He is talking about more than Legal Mindset because he is 'dumb' and 'retarded'. There are more than 1 that are being dishonest. You cannot always know who people really are when you let them into your network, but that is how it goes. He specifically said it was NOT Drexel he meant.

- Nick hopes the State watching takes his jokes and puts them in a filing, but he is only going to respond officially through his attorney.

- Nick knew what he was doing at his arraignment. He has an attorney to represent him in the actual case. He knew what his bail would be, but he thinks that it is unconstituional.

- People asked about his dog. He saw the theories about it, and they all were dumb. It was Sheriff's office; not ATF. He promised to (and later did) show it on screen. People online have great theories. He said upstairs that 'ceiling cats' are now 'floor cats'. The memes are GREAT and HILARIOUS! He WANTS to laugh at them, but the State will not let him. They are joke police.

- Nick went to church on Sunday. It is part of his routine. Hw is going to a DIFFERENT church, but they usually do that in the Summer.

- Nick said that he is gaining weight back and is back to about where he wishes to be. He was sick and unable to eat, for 10 days at a time twice. His 107 fever was actually probably like 104. People don't have all the facts.

- He wants to stream Rogue Pathfinder--a 40k game. He does not enjoy doing it as much, but he might do it. Cinema watch parties are a thing of the past unless he can figure out logistics to replace the lost watch party feature.

- Nick is trying to get back to trial streaming in the day. He just got the chance to do it, but the State has told him he has to do things and be places, and that is stopping him. He LOVES trial streams, but he HATES being interrupted during them, so he will do them when his schedule allows. They are EASY, except for the time commitment.

- He threatened to ban a spammer and told them to take their free speech and 'stick a cock in it'

- Nick's lawyer detractors are boot-licking for the government now against him when they would NEVER do it otherwise. That is interesting...

- Nick thinks it is interesting when people tell him he is trying to get things taken down when that has not happened. He has only asked for it to be done once for himself, and a few times for others. He has never used threats.

- Nick fell down and that explains his black eye. He slipped on a dog toy in the bathroom and hit his head on his counter. He does not remember much of that stream though. He figured that out after the fact.

- He called his pug 'God's Mistake', stupid, and when it eats 'it sounds like Jabba the Hut having sex with himself'.

- Nick will be on the Killstream as a solo interviewee.

- He cleaned his hot tub, and he might do hot tub streams again.

- He said he was being stream sniped and it was 'cute'.

- Nick said he never wanted to run a corporate LawTube. People pushed him to do it, but he thought that was an awful idea.

- He does not think the Trump will serve prison time.

- He has a lot of stories from the day of his arrest. He and his wife are still together. He had to follow-up to make sure his wife's bond cleared. He thought it was funny that people speculated about it. He and his wife are 'Okay' but in a bad situation. (No mention of kids).

- Nick is not getting rid of Unbreaded from the show,

- Nick was not phased by the trolls in his arraignment. He saw a bunch of fat people and mocked them. He thought it was funny. The Court had no idea what was happening.

- Lots of dick-sucking paid chats were read.

- He is actively working on the 5k g(r)ift. Feel free to believe him or not.

- Nick said his kidneys are fine, in response to someone who offered medical advice in DMs for his kidneys.

- Nick said he does not know if his kids are 'devastated' in response to a chat who asked how his kids were doing?

- Nick says Aaron's story is far from the truth. He wished him a million dollars.

- Nick wants to travel again. His schedule just changed, and his schedule is now even more messed up. He was supposed to have more time in the summer. He might do shows and travel once he has things with his case sorted.

- He said that you cannot let people take your fin away from you. No mater what articles are written about you or what people think, you need to find whatever joy you can. You have to choose to have fun in spite of them.

- One of Nick's friends told him it was 'getting hard to defend him...' Then the stream ended.

- The stream ended abruptly at 90 minutes. ( My guess is that he no longer has the unlimited stream time anymore. Normal users have hard limits on the length of time they can stream on the platform)

Total Delusion:

"Our data, in short, suggest that chronic cocaine abuse directly interferes with metabolic processes, resulting in an imbalance between fat intake and storage. This imbalance in active users could lead to excessive weight gain when the use of cocaine is discontinued during recovery. As the dysfunction in fat regulation is not detectable by conventional anthropometry measures, it is likely to be unnoticed in clinical practice."
I knew someone (an acquaintance and not a friend) who actually put on weight on cocaine. He was also drinking like a fish, much like Nick. By the end (shortly before he died) he had severe fluid retention in his legs. He could poke a finger into his fat leg and the indentation wouldn't go away for minutes.

That's "coke bloat", which is fluid retention (like you pointedly mentioned) and it's attributed to low quality coke that has other stuff on it. Nick is getting the pure stuff.
