'The warrant was illegal so nothing counts' is retarded as a strategy because MULTIPLE people reported they thought you had drugs, the cops gave it to an officer specifically trained in determining if someone has drugs, he decided you had drugs, and then you FUCKING ACTUALLY HAD DRUGS.

This is the most retarded possible strategy so of course it's what Nick is going with.
Even if Nick manages to suppress the warrant, we all know he's still a massive piece of shit.

He’s just an ugly person. And even the people who I’ve known who have suffered with strong substance abuse problems wouldn’t shit talk animals.
Yeah, the whole "come here you retarded fucking piece of shit!" in a fuzzy wuzzy voice was a massive red flag. The only people I've heard do that are... massive drug addicts and unhinged creeps.

So this man got a text from his "soulmate" copied it, pasted it into a notes app, named the note "Kayla Rekieta" and then posted the note app and not the actual screenshot of the text?

That doesn't look like any messaging app I've ever seen so I'm calling bullshit. Aaron needs to stfu and gtfo. Let his show die the death it was always going to.
He did say that he was emailing the message to himself before he showed it on screen.

I really don't understand this strategy. If he does fight and goes with the "not guilty due to a technicality with the paperwork" defense they're going to throw the book at him. It *might* make sense if the police had not in fact found a pile of drugs, guns and unwashed kids.

Not an MD, but it really depends. Nick drank a lot, but I don’t think he was so deep in the sauce that he would face seizures from withdrawal.

What you would see is sweats from heat flashes, bouts of nausea, some shaking (typically in the hands), tachycardia (elevated heart rate) and generalized anxiety, depression and cravings. With cocaine, you have a lot of overlap with paranoia and possibly hallucinations being added into the mix.
worth noting that if he has actually not touched any alcohol since the day of the arrest, then the physical withdrawal is already well behind him (it has been over two weeks already)

Officer Monson: "Sir, multiple credible people have reported concerns that you abuse your children, starve them, leave guns and shell casings around your house, have all the cocaine, cocaine paraphernalia, strange women around the house, and we saw you snorting cocaine on video that you streamed to the world from your home. Then, we ordered a warrant, searched your house, found proof that all of this is true, and arrested you based on these facts."

Nick Rekieta: "Uhm, actually, you forgot to cross THAT 'T' and dot THAT 'I' so therefore, even though everything is true and we did commit those crimes, we get to walk free. God is good."

Wow, this is exactly like Jesus Christ being persecuted by the Jews. Phew, I was worried for a second there.

"I didn't

If I

*sips* put it on.
My CHILDREN

Do you think

I didn't think so.
So SIT

It's just the end of Diablo but he's shoving the crayola model demon shard into his skull. :cryblood:

Minnesota Court website duplicated the speeding charge, and notified that today they informed DPS about the conviction. New case number 34-VB-24-522; old 34-VB-23-781
View attachment 6059609

Edit: No, that's a completely new charge. The old one happened in 2023, this one happened in 2024. 2023 version has only speeding.

Charges for both attached.
Suddenly, Nick spouting off about "Never even QUESTIONED for DUI " & how "No one 'sees me drive'", in the direct messages with Yellow Flash, make a lot more sense. Nick wanted to preemptively deny it before it came to light, I guess:

I’m not an MD either, just someone who drank enough years ago to develop these symptoms for a few years. Everyone is different, but in my experience I’d say that Nick isn’t drinking enough to get the serious symptoms like seizures— evidenced by the fact that he has been pulled over multiple times without getting a DUI. Is he binge drinking? Absolutely, but is he going on multi-week benders where he drains a liter of whiskey every day? It doesn’t seem like it.

I have rolled my eyes a few times at the speculation in this thread that he’s going to die from withdrawals. He has serious alcohol and drug issues, but I think there are a lot of people in this thread that simply have no idea what they’re talking about.

> I tripped over a dog toy while blackout drunk, but the accident had nothing to do with being drunk.
What a weird cope.
Firstly, how does he remember so clearly, secondly alcohol severely affects the ability to notice toys and to recover from tripping/to catch oneself. I don't think I've ever heard someone claim they fell while intoxicated but not due to being intoxicated.

Does Nick faceplant on the regular while sober?

It looks to be the Samsung "Messages" app, which is the default for the Samsung phones that I've had. Texts that are too long to fit within a bubble are truncated and you only see the full message if you click on "View all" at the bottom of the bubble. Once you do, you are brought to this plain, notepad- looking page.

The man needs to be given the benefit of the doubt for at least some things; lest we be seen as overexaggerating haters jumping to the zaniest of conclusions.
I always give Nick the benefit of doubt. Whenever I start being convinced that he is actually engaging in poaching for elephants, and is at the tippy-top of global illegal ivory trade, I remind myself that we haven't even seen him holding a tusk (yet).
People will stop taking us seriously.
That would be the worst thing in the world. I would cry.

Can we really discount the theory the coke did not belong to him? 17yo's are crazy these days and it would not be surprising they would want to experiment, especially since they have a libertarian father who does not view mind altering substances as "inherently evil"
Dumb nigger the coke was found in the master bedroom en-suite . Which due to the guns under the bed, even HE will argue it was out of proximity of his kids, and has already admitted is where he and Kayla sleep. Nice bait though.

to be fair, he has gotten so hammered on stream that he started slurring his speech, and you could see his thought process slow down and deteriorate in real time.
people extrapolate from that: most people generally try to put on their best behavior and show themselves from their best side on camera. so if nick is willing to get that drunk on camera, just imagine how much more drunk he must be getting off camera!

except, now we know that he probably wasn't getting more drunk off camera, because he was doing coke instead. but the coke wasn't known about until relatively recently, he kept that a secret, so people were assuming that he was just gulping down the whiskey all day every day.
