Instead, he says he's never been caught.
It's a filtering tactic. He can keep his stupidest fans closer and push away the ones smart enough to sniff out the bullshit.

Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together knows how bizarre that is to say. However, the dimwits who resort to "omg Nick, you're just like Jesus Christ when He was arrested and you deserve all the thoughts, prayers, and fairy dust we can sprinkle on you!" become more evident and more devoted.

It's literally the same tactics people like Keffals use when they say dumb shit like "I shouldn't have to respond to allegations that I misused the GoFundMe money!" Anyone who runs the sniff test and smells the bullshit is alienated, leaving only the dumbest of the dumb.

No mere fly can evade the 144p gaze of a 1990's Logitech monitor mounted webcam.
Why the hate? That thing was revolutionary. Combined with the handheld scanner I was the coolest kid in high school.

With respect to the location of the two tickets, I meant to post this yesterday:

The first one (from April 2023) says Nick was "westbound in right lane" of Hwy 71, near mile post 124. I'm not sure why he says westbound, I think he means southbound. This is the highway going from Spicer as it enters Willmar (the main town nearby)

Second one (from March 2024) the officer was stationary on the Hwy 12 bridge over Hwy 71.

Here is mile post 124 for Hwy 71. To the right you can see the Hwy 12 bridge which goes immediately overhead. In other words, the two tickets were at the exact same place.

Dumb nigger the coke was found in the master bedroom en-suite . Which due to the guns under the bed, even HE will argue it was out of proximity of his kids, and has already admitted is where he and Kayla sleep. Nice bait though.
If you were a teenager wanting to experiment, would you do it in your own room and risk getting caught or tracing it back to you? Yeah, didn't think so.

The only thing you’re actually curious about is what Nicks cock would taste like in your mouth.

17 year olds don’t buy ounces of coke, also, they’re too retarded to even think of ways to obfuscate their usage.

My niece had weed in her backpack at school, got caught, and then tried blame her stepdad for planting it. She admitted that she stole it from her retarded mother’s stash a few years later. Kids are stupid (and so is my step-sister, she lost her kid over it).

While I’m sure one or more of Nicks kids is going to turn out really messed up, the likelihood of those drugs belonging to anyone other than Nick and Kayla is null.

I loved them in 1990s. I have no idea how Nick took all of his shit and put it in a new studio and it sound and look about half as good. Mirrors as backgrounds is going to make lighting this 'set' very difficult. Given that he's had several weeks of sobriety*, I feel like he could've made that look twice as good with just 20 minutes of testing. This is just evidence that between moving boxes, they've been staying drunk and high as a kite on coke, doing nothing but lurking in Locals saying how everyone is wrong and greater than 25g of cocaine is a secret lawyer code word that only he understands. The quality of this 'set' is proof they're just getting wasted constantly, otherwise it would've looked a little better.

yeah better sneak your coke into your parents room (where four swingers are hanging out all day and night because none of them have jobs)
surely that's a good way to avoid getting caught
genius idea, really

Nick doesn’t want to do live trial streams in the morning where he has to leave at 9am and again at 2pm. Except, why would he have to leave? He had to do that because of his kids, which are no longer a burden, at least in the short term.
Actually, he absolutely is keeping the roads hot. CPS will keep him busy, for awhile. I'm sure there are multiple classes he has to attend. Well, he has to do it, if he wants his parental rights.

getting pulled over for going 15 over the speed limit on a highway is crazy. In my state, if you aren't going at least 20 over in the slow lane you get tailgated and passed like an elderly person. If this isn't more proof that there are forced beyond our comprehension working against nick, I don't know what is
Every state (possibly even county) is run differently. I've always been told you follow Arizona speed limits to the T. Luckily never happened to me while traveling there but allegedly their cops will pull you over for going 5 Miles over the posted speed limit.

Speed trap.

They probably have a trooper posted up at or near there fairly regularly. In both cases the cop was stationary when they clocked Nick on radar the first time, and laser the second time. That screams speed trap. Not him being caught randomly by a patrolling cop.

Seems to get results. Maybe not in terms of stopping Nick from speeding, but definitely in terms of writing tickets. Lol.

Aaron just dropped this on his stream. It's supposed to be a message he got from Kayla when she learned that he would be info dumping on Kino Casino. According to him, the text substantiates the claims he has made about his and Kayla's relationship.

It's really easy to fake texts and Aaron is a very dubious source when:
1. He's a jilted cuck
2. Him lying about his role and shifting blame is legally strategic since he and April are still on the hook for impendending prosecution.
3. If he isn't doing this for legal purposes, he's doing this to either humiliate or bait Nick because he knows Nick and Kayla can't reply to their dirty laundry and if they did, they're fucking retards.

Anyone who is a doctor or went through alcohol detox, can you explain what Nick would react or be like if he actually did cold turkey on drugs and he is having symptoms of withdrawal on that stream? Thanks in advance.
Can't speak for la cocaina, just booze. I've never been to a treatment center, but I've tapered myself once and quit cold turkey twice (which is a dumb idea if you drink a lot please don't do this get actual help).

Tapering is just drinking less and less each day, it's not to get drunk necessarily, but to stave off the detrimental effects of alcohol withdrawal (ex: day 1 of your taper you drink 23 beers instead of the full 24 pack, then 22 the next day, then 21, etc. etc.). You have to have a lot of self control to do this, which is why most people choose cold turkey or go into an actual program.

Cold turkey is usually a nightmare, but it depends on how much booze you've been drinking and how long you've been doing it for.

I had brain fog, shakes so bad I couldn't walk, was constantly sweating, constantly dry-heaving, and couldn't keep any substantial amount of food or liquid down for the first few days. I was also having audio and visual hallucinations, imagining whole scenarios in my head that I thought were 100% real. Basically all the symptoms of Delirium Tremens.

I also couldn't sleep during this period, which probably doesn't help with the hallucinations. The best way I can describe it is if you've ever had a dream where you fell or tripped, and your body spazzed and you woke up? During withdrawal this happens every time your body gets close to entering REM sleep, so you never get any actual rest.
