Female-to-male artist shoots up Presbyterian elementary school killing 6. - Female Troon (FTM) Shoots Up Christian School in Tennessee

Lawyers for Clata Brewer, who brought the original suit against the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in April, filed motions last week asking Chancery Court Judge I’Ashea Myles to set a trial date in the case and make public a list of documents that is currently under seal.

The case, brought under the Tennessee Public Records Act, seeks to have the shooter’s journal released to the public as well as other police messages and records related to the school shooting that took six lives at the Covenant School on March 27, 2023.

The suit was briefly put on pause when Brewer and other petitioners in the case appealed Judge Myles’ ruling that Covenant parents, church, and school could all join the case, and argue to keep the writings permanently sealed. In late November of 2023, the Tennessee Court of Appeals upheld Myles’ decision, and now the case is heading back to her court, where a trial date could be set as early as Monday.

The trial date to see whether we (the public) get to see the trannifesto and related police records will be April 16th. That's all
archive.ph struggled with it far longer than ive seen it do with other sites. and ghost archive couldnt manage to do it. must be something about the site that makes it difficult to archive.
but here is an archive of it:

Anyone else notice what happens if you try to search for manifesto related articles on google? "Covenant school shooter" search is normal. But if you add manifesto to the end you get this:

Screenshot 2024-03-28 at Covenant school shooter manifesto - Google Search.png

I only ever have seen that message at the top when there are literally either no results (especially with the use of quote marks) or nothing even remotely related as possible results. But here there are literally pages of direct results. I mean i don't use google very often but.. never ran into this kind of thing before.

318,000 results is hardly "aren't many"
It almost seems like they hope people will just click out upon seeing this.

And this is why I use Kagi for my searches:

It costs a small monthly fee but they don't advertise, they don't push politics and I can tweak my search preferences as much as I like (excluding particular sites easily is a major plus).

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Some of the writings of a former student who fatally shot three 9-year-old children and three adult staff members at a private Christian elementary school last year can be released to the public without compromising the investigation, a lawyer for police said in court Tuesday.

The comments by attorney Lora Fox came on day one of a two-day hearing over whether records collected by police investigating the March 27, 2023, shooting at the Covenant School can be made public.

Metro Nashville Police have said that an exception to the Tennessee Public Records Act allows them to keep the records private until their investigation is complete. On Tuesday, Fox maintained that position but said a subset of the records — the writings found in the shooter's car — “Metro believes can be released."

However, an attorney representing the Covenant School argued that a different law forbidding the release of information, records, or plans related to school security should prevail. Construed broadly, the school safety exception could apply to all of the shooter's writings, Peter Klett argued, because releasing them could inspire copycats.

“You do have individuals who could take the writings of the shooter and commit violence against the Covenant School or some other school. As a result, your honor, we believe that that presents a serious security threat to the Covenant School and other schools in this community and elsewhere," he said.

Those seeking the immediate release of the records include news outlets, a gun rights group, a law enforcement nonprofit and Tennessee State Sen. Todd Gardenhire. They argue there is no meaningful criminal investigation underway since the shooter is dead, killed by police. It does not matter that the investigation is officially still open.

“If there is an open investigation but not a contemplated criminal action, the records need to come out,” said attorney Nicholas Berry, who represents Star News Digital Media. “A theoretically possible criminal proceeding is not sufficient.”

The shooter left behind at least 20 journals, a suicide note and a memoir, according to court filings. A few pages of one journal were leaked to a conservative commentator who posted them to social media in November. Part of the interest in the records stems from the fact that the shooter, who police say was “assigned female at birth,” may have identified as a transgender man.

U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley, of Missouri, is among those who have promoted a theory that the shooting was a hate crime against Christians. The delay in releasing the writings has fueled speculation — particularly in conservative circles — regarding what they might contain and conspiracy theories about why police won’t release them.

Further complicating the issue, a group of Covenant School parents last week gained ownership rights to the shooter's writings. They have threatened in court filings to copyright them and sue anyone who publishes them. Further testimony about the copyright claims is expected to take place on Wednesday, when the hearing continues.

if anyone knows a way to circumvent this issue let me know

I'm a little confused but looks like it's already been determined that a subset of the pooner's manifesto (specifically the writings found in her car at the time of the shooting) can be released without compromising the investigation, according to the Nashville Metro police's lawyer. Some guns rights activists are also arguing that since this isn't a current investigation going on that all of the records should be released because it is in the public's interest.
There is another part of the trial that went on today (Wednesday April 17th). Not much information available yet except that the victims' families are arguing against the release of Hale's writings since they own copywright/permission over the writings; apparantly Hale's family gave the victims these rights as a gesture of some sort.
Also there are WAY more writings than even I had thought - from the article, "The shooter left behind at least 20 journals, a suicide note and a memoir, according to court filings." So when and if all these are released we will have tons of autism to laugh/cringe at.

Sounds like a calculated choice since it's a worse look to be suing the families of the victims to release the manifesto than the family of the killer.

Transgender killer Audrey Hale wrote about her 'imaginary penis' and how she would 'kill' to get puberty blockers in the weeks before her horrific attack on the Covenant School in Nashville last year.

The Tennessee Star obtained some four dozen pages of Hale's writings that shed light on her female-to-male transition and why she shot and killed six people at the elementary school in March 2023.

Hale wrote about anger toward her parents, how she hated her conservative Christian upbringing, and how she had suffered because hormone blockers were not available when she was as a child.

The explosive writings, sometimes referred to as Hale's 'manifesto,' have been a source of controversy, with many accusing officials of keeping them secret because they would hurt the trans community.

Now released, they help explain why the 28-year-old artist, who identified as a male named Aiden, shot her way into the Tennessee school, killing three adults and three nine-year-olds, before responding officers killed her.
Hale's journal entries begin with the title 'My Imaginary Penis' and include a crude drawing, according to The Star.

'My penis exists in my head. I swear to god I'm a male,' Hale wrote in the papers, which were recovered by police.
She then wrote about her desire to have a penis so she could have sex with a woman, in her assumed identity as Aiden.

She wrote about how using that name on a job application for a delivery position led to issues with the company's background check.

Hale also said that being raised as a girl was 'torture.'

She worried that high school classmates would call her 'dyke or a f*****', she wrote.

That all changed when she learned about transgenderism in her early 20s.

'I finally found the answer — that changing one's gender is possible,' wrote Hale.

But her mum was not on board, Hale wrote.

'What she believes, how she grew up, conservatively, and that LGBTQ — especially transgender — was an enigma, nearly non-existent,' Hale wrote.

She added: 'I hate parental views; how my mom sees me as a daughter — and she'd not bear to want to lose that daughter because a son would be the death of Audrey.'

Hale used violent language when talking about the emergence of puberty blockers in the 2010s.

They were hailed at the time for helping transgender pre-teens safely delay the onset of puberty.

'I'd kill to have those resources,' wrote Hale.

'2007 was the birth of puberty blockers and a newfound discovery for treatment of non-conforming transgender children.'

They came too late for Hale, who 'was in the 6th grade, puberty already hit me,' she wrote.

She also discussed fantasizing about having sex as a man by creating scenes with her stuffed animals.

'I can pretend to be them [and] do the things boys do [and] experience my boy self as Tony,' she wrote.

Tony was her 'stuffed boy doll' which she wrote 'is like the boy I am in another form.'

She simulated intercourse between Tony and another soft toy over the course of hours, she wrote.

She even took photos of the scene and lost track of time.

'God, I am such a pervert.' Hale wrote, 'I waste too much time in my fantasies.'

The entry was written just 16 days before Hale dressed in combat gear and launched her deadly raid on the Covenant School, armed with two assault-type guns and a handgun.

Hale also wrote politically charged comments about the rights of gun owners and trans people.

'So now in America, it makes one a criminal to have a gun or, be transgender, or non-binary,' she wrote Hale.

'God, I hate those s***head politicians,' she added.

The papers were recovered from Hale's car, which she left outside the school, and were provided to the Star by a source close to the investigation.

After the shooting, Nashville's Metropolitan Police Chief John Drake said his force had recovered the shooter's manifesto, as well as hand-drawn maps in her car, and said they would eventually be made public.

But both city police and the FBI later said the material shouldn't be released because it could hurt the investigations.

The Star and others have been part of a lawsuit seeking to compel the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) and the FBI to release Hale's writings.

The FBI reportedly advised the MNPD not to release them and other 'legacy tokens' in the wake of mass shootings.

The families of Hale's victims subsequently stepped in and become part of a public records lawsuit against the city.

They claimed the killer's estate includes the manifesto and that they therefore own the copyright and can determine whether or not to release it.

Hale's manifesto has long been expected to reveal more detail about the killer's motive.

Last November, three page of notes written by Hale ahead of the shooting were leaked.

The notes revealed Hale's plan to target 'white privileged cr***ers' and 'f****ts,' before turning the gun on herself.

In an entry on the day of the attack, Hale wrote: 'Today is the day. The day has finally come. I can't believe it's here. Don't know how I was able to get this far but here I am.

'I'm a little nervous but excited too, been excited for the past two weeks.'

She then declared: 'I'm ready ... I hope my victims aren't.'

'God let my wrath take over my anxiety. It might be 10 minutes tops. It might be 3-7. It's gonna go quick. I hope I have a high death count. Ready to die,' she wrote, before heading on her way toward Covenant.

She was ultimately shot dead at 10.25am, 14 minutes after she began shooting.

An autopsy revealed Hale's clothing was covered in 'handwritten words, drawings and numbers'.

It's unclear what was written on her clothes.

The shooter also wrote a plastic orange anklet inscribed with the mysterious number '508407.'

Following that leak, seven Nashville police officers were suspended after a probe into how the notes became public.
I wish they had the pdf or osmething, but at least we get this screenshot sourced by reddit from the looks of it.

TN's governor is helping to cover up the Tranifesto and the church and school administrators have gone through amazing lengths legally trying to keep it buried.

It's becoming increasingly clear based on the information that's been leaking out that the school's faculty are pedos and this is to cover up the church's pedophilia.

Tranny-shooter apparently became as fucked up as it is because of this.
We don't have one perp hre, we have many.

Do we though?

She really was incredibly dumb.
