Maddox is 100% right about this guy. He’s moved on, he has gas in the tank and projects to focus on, they may or may not be great projects but it’s his work. He’s putting in the effort to better his own life and there’s something commendable about that.

It's hard to know what to think and feel about the "lolsuit" having not been interested in it at the time. Part of the problem is only one side was putting out a narrative publicly about the situation, so if I were to try to learn about it now it'd almost definitely be tainted by Juju's influence over the public discourse surrounding it.

Maddox definitely presented a strong case for Dax being an unrepentant faggot loser in his video essay on the matter, but everything in it about the lawsuit was still tailored and designed as a propaganda piece for Maddox's side. The strongest case for Maddox being a faggot loser... is the lolsuit and the narrative presented by... Juju. It's impossible to parse or process this long after the fact.

I don't know if this was ever the case. Daxipad was the junior partner coming into the first iteration of The Biggest Problem in the Universe. He only eclipsed Maddox after the end of the show, but I wouldn't say Maddox was orbiting him at that point as Maddox went his separate way and other than the lolsuit filings did not comment on Dax.
