Absurd in the sense that the word narcotic means basically the opposite of stimulant. In terms of the criminal code it makes sense to have a different penalty for 1 and 25 grams.

The code section for drug offender deferred adjudication I quoted (152.18) is separate from the pretrial diversion for treatment courts code section (401.065). It should be the same statewide.

As for the drug court, I'm not sure Nick would qualify as a first time offender, at least according to the director back in 2014, which would make sense because those programs are more for completely dysfunctional longtime junkies. View attachment 6067785

So you are saying that this will be an option for Nick in a few years when he's gotten a few drug convictions under his belt?

Hennepin County is the George Floyd Dindu Nuffin shithole epicenter of Minnesota. To Hennepin County drugs dealers = niggers = systemic racism to actually punish them for their crimes. It is ground zero for the 2020 Negroid Floyd Droid Riots.

Do you have a point?

Camelot is spilling more.

Nick invited Camelot at 6am in Vegas to hit up prostitutes. This would have been early last year for Nick's in person event, where Nick and Camelot stayed in the same suite.

Camelot says he saw the prostitute Nick got.

He later says that Nick had a $20,000/month coke habit. When pressed on how Camelot knew that Nick was spending $20,000/month, he turned red pretty fast. This sounds absurdly high even for three to four people but it's very possible Nick was getting ripped off.

I'am very embarrassed for you.

Up until your post I had never thought about the pube aspect of the balldo. I can't stop laughing and did this.

From @LOGOS and Lolz post
This image is gross. Please spoiler it, or like... I dunno, never post it again. Lol.

That means if he gets the weight under 25 grams, it would indeed be third degree possession, which is eligible for a deferred adjudication but not mandatory.
Most people have said that he could likely never spend a day of prison if he plays his cards right. Even under a second degree possession conviction the presumptive sentence for a first time offender is 48 months, suspended.

The problem is you're dealing with this fucking faggot:

IMG_1633.png

If he fights responsibility for this bullshit every step of the way I hope they do an upward departure from the sentencing guidelines. As a warning to other retards.

Balldo has talked about how he was up early in the morning because he wanted to go "gamble" after our wife passed out so this doesn't seem unreasonable

Oh, ok, a language absurdity, then. Wasn't sure if you meant that or the fact that there can be 3rd & 4th degree charges for coke.

Yes, the key in any legal thing, whether laws or contracts or anything else, is definitional terms.
As for the drug court, I'm not sure Nick would qualify as a first time offender, at least according to the director back in 2014, which would make sense because those programs are more for completely dysfunctional longtime junkies.
I think we're getting a lot of concepts tangled up here. Diversion isn't drug-charge-specific, and I wasn't referring to drug court.

And Kandiyohi does not appear to have an adult "Drug Court" at this time, but even in your snippet about 2014, it seemed to be conceived as a tiny program (up to 10 participants) and as you said, oriented to chronic offenders (and likely low-level stuff).

How? Is he not giving accurate legal analysis whilst also being entertaining? Does he not actually care about the law or anything he talks about or not really hold the opinions he proclaims and is just doing all of it dishonestly solely for money?
Grifter implies someone who swindles people through fraud. Everyone's social media image and personality is curated to some extent, no one presents themselves 100% thoroughly and accurately online. So everyone is at least a little bit of a grifter, like 5% or something. But I think you could easily say Rackets and Legul Mindset Legul Mindset are on very different levels of grifting. Nick pretended to be a conservative Christian trad dad which was a total fraud so he was a big time grifter. I don't think Legal Dicksucker has ever done anything on that level although I'm not that familiar with him either.

Apparently he runs a business that sets up passport bros with Asian women over there in the Far East though which is kind of funny.
Rackets is a grifter simply because the image he portrayed himself to be 4 years ago is completely opposite of what he is now, and he attempts to gaslight others by lying that it is not the truth.

Even though you should never talk to the police anyways, if you're busted with drugs the only answer to the question of where you got them from should always be "Some black guy..."
You really don't want to be in a position where you're a snitch on someone whose level of violent proclivities you don't know.

To be honest I think in terms of societal impact a stimulant is far more beneficial than weed
All the Wall Street day-traders and night shifters and so on who need a pick-me-up to function better, but I don't think anyone in the history of the planet does better work on the devil's lettuce. Weed is far more a net negative on society, even if coke is individually far more damaging. Plus I hate stoners because they're retarded and gay and pseudointellectual and they stink.
Yeah, I'm not really in any mood to say people do better under cocaine after seeing Nick. Or that it's a net positive to society. I caught a glimpse of this earlier with Warski too. Coke and crack fucks people up.

Sorry. Drink more coffee and energy drink, or invent something better.

Understand, I am also not super pro marijuana, and don't touch the stuff myself, but you're gonna be hard pressed to convince me it should be scheduled higher than cocaine.

He just lives in Bangkok, which is known for ladyboys. I don't think Rekieta has any secret dirt on him.
Andrew/Legal Mindset is now in the Philippines.

Aaron Imholte mentioned Nick had some bullshit reasons why their coke definitely wasn’t laced with fentanyl and couldn’t be, so him paying an absurd amount and being ripped off because his dealer tells him they test it is plausible.

The amount of lies he told on stream is piling up to be insurmountable. Swinging and prostitutes yet he’s a family man doing whats needed for his family he’s the man he leads the partnership with his wife blah blah blah

at some level you are correct (weed makes you retarded while stims just pump you up) but with strong stimulants the risk of escalating addiction is enormous, and the damage from that is gigantic.

also, the only reason coke has this 'classy' image associated with successful people is because it is expensive as shit, so poorfags can't afford it.

Etymology of 'Narcotic'

I always go to the etymology of a word instead of just the definition when I want real insight into its meaning.

Uhoh. I was suspicious before, but now I am sure that you are a fellow lingfag. Can we get some discourse analysis of Nick?

I have been amusing myself with some light analysis of Nick's most recent stream using politeness theory.

One of the bigger controversies in American drug policy is that marijuana is Schedule I even though nearly everybody that isn't the DEA agrees it has medicinal uses and is WAY less dangerous than cocaine.
So does cocaine, but the uses are way more limited. It's generally used as a topical anesthetic. But yes, it's retarded that the feds don't recognize the medical uses for marijuana. That said, CBD is legal most places now and is pretty good at the kind of minor aches and pains NSAIDs are usually used for, without getting you dopey.

I was talking about Legal Mindset, not Nick.
