Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

No, wife child, I did not order a dozen UberEats deliveries this afternoon. It was those dang dirty stalkers as always. And no, wife child, I simply could not let all that food go to waste. That would be letting the idiots win.

As it ever is with Pat, the choice of words is a bit off. "Making and sending" food orders. As though the stalkers are the ones in the kitchen, personally preparing (I mean locally cooking) the fraudulent food.

Enjoy poison.

Small PL: A few hours ago, one of my friends was in Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, and they complained that someone pissed all over the floor (in a public space, presumably). My mind immediately went to Fatrick being the most likely culprit.
I'm afraid I have stalkeritis of the brain.

Why did Patrick decide to be a sci fi author when he has an obsession with being seen as macho. Authors aren't considered to be very macho by others.
Let alone sci-fi authors.
My guess is he genuinely enjoys pulp sci-fi to some extent and thought he could be like that other conservative sci-fi author whose name escapes me that everybody right of Mao loves.

I think it was more that he wanted to be like Hunter S Thompson, hence the S. Tomlinson part of his name.

Dr Thompson at least hung out with Hells Angels, took a kicking from them like a man, was genuinely a political firebrand, obviously famous for his drug and booze intake, played football at College and of course was a famous firearms enthusiast.
He was also not exactly a left wing liberal, while conservative with a small c, he was hardly a republican either. Definitely a libertarian, but a libertarian who sought to hold politicians to account, rather than opt out of the system.
He also literally just got away with sending any old crazy rambling anecdotes about being high and irresponsible to Rolling Stone in lieu of the stories he was supposed to be writing and they published it anyway.

Fatrick wants people to think he is the same kind of crazy counterculture rebel, who is dangerous but gets away with it.
Thompson attacked Johnny Depp with a taser when Depp showed up to hang out and get into character for Fear and Loathing. To my knowledge, Depp just accepted this as part of the job and didn't press charges.

Billy Murray also played Thompson in an obscure flick called "Where the Buffalo Roam", which was based on several of Thompson's writings and experiences.
This did actually lead to Murray being booted off Saturday night live, because he also hung out with Thompson to get into character, and Thompson managed to transform the affable, largely gentle, but confident and commanding Murray into a dangerous drug fueled maniac who pulled guns on people in his dressing room.
This did lead to Ghostbusters and Murray's Hollywood career, so maybe it was fate.
Murray also warned Depp not to let Thompson into his head, when he heard down the grapevine that Depp was going to play him.

Anyway! Digression aside. Fatrick wants to be like Thompson, but is too lazy to actually do all the drugs, failed out of college and with a 1.2 GPA, isn't likely to gain a PHD or Dphil, plus he doesn't have the charisma to get away with being a sports and political journalist and maniac.
So in Fatrick's fat mind, he probably thinks that Sci Fi is like an absurd mirror to society and he can be the Hunter S Thompson of Sci fi.

Except he is fat, boring, can't take his booze, would probably whitey after half a spliff, have heart failure after a dab of speed or coke, and lacks the imagination for acid or peyote to work on him.

Had he met Thompson in reality, Thompson would have shot him and buried him somewhere in the Nevada desert. Then assumed the whole experience was just a bad Acid and Mescaline trip, so would put it out of his mind and forgotten.

That’s why he’s stealthygeek you stalker child. He’s so quirky and geeky but nobody knows because he’s such a manly man chad.

No one's slick as Gaston
No one's quick as Gaston
No one fucks blacks like Gaston
Door slams; fatrick enters

Is he so self unaware or delusional?

He must realize that he has never been especially manly.

The young slim Fatrick with glasses looked like a fairly average guy.
Not a meathead, but not a complete nerd who spent most of his schooldays in lockers either.

I know he has some serious personality defects but he must realize he went from average fellow to fat drunk.

Fatrick is the kind of guy who still wants to live like he's in his 20s despite being in his 40s. He might acknowledge he has some gray hair but otherwise calling him medically obese and prediabetic are your delusions, child. Facing that would make him face the fact he's an unemployed 40-something failed author whose mother in law or pedophile sci-fi friends bailed him out of his 80 grand debt to a pajeet who runs a forum for fans of a radio show that went off the air a decade ago.

More whining about not getting not getting enough engagement on Threads. Guess the honeymoon period is over.

Don't they realize that the fate of democracy depends on people reading a fat faggot's tedious seething?

I feel it's more likely that the few people who still cling to Threads just aren't huge fans of dudes who sperg about the republican party 24/7.
Also they forget that they didn't used to be like this. Not even Rick, but Rupar used to be a guy who just posted clips. Even on Twitter he's been eclipsed by that other progressive dude who does the same thing but doesn't sperg constantly like Rupar does. (Not to mention all the accounts that also post clips, all the Media Matters ex-employees, all the people who repost clips other people post, etc.)

They're trying to take their "brand" that had years of built-in morons on Twitter and transplant it to start fresh and people don't give a shit. But on Twitter they followed Jennifer or Rupar years ago for some other stupid reason and just never unfollowed them. Or they had Blue Checks as Twitter elites as Rick and Rupar once did upon a time.

They thought people on Threads are going to know who the fuck they are because on Twitter enough people recognized their accounts. You've seen the same thing on Mastodon and BlueSky where all kinds of these morons found starting fresh means nobody gives a fuck about you. So they fled back to Twitter.

This doesn't even count the people who might still follow Rupar or whoever on Twitter but on a new platform aren't just adding every moron they followed elsewhere or they come across.

But yeah, obviously Zuckerberg is trying to throttle democracy because Rupar gets "thousands of likes and hundreds of shares" but people aren't convinced that's reason to follow some moron.

edit: Also, and this applies slightly less to Rick who probably does reply "enjoy prison" to all kinds people, as the replies to Rupar point out, he doesn't respond to anyone or follow anyone back, he's expecting people to just follow him for his brilliance not actually engage: https://www.threads.net/@aaron.rupar/post/C760Y2xOg2m

Orson Scott Card? To be fair Card has also made some...questionable decisions in the way he talks about kids, much like Fats

i assumed you meant heinlein, who was fairly right-wing AND notoriously "not a nice guy" to people but everyone loved him because he wrote good books
