And focus on actually actionable torts Dax has committed and not on what things this hurt his feelings the most. Example: calling someone a cuck on the internet or even a billboard is not actionable. Planning to artifically lower your Amazon book reviews or otherwise cost your business potential sales by conspiring in a secret chat is very actionable.

It was some other guy and it wasn't piss. Riley went to Eric July's warehouse and taped money on his building, and left some stickers(?) if i recall?
Eric filed a report, and apparently that led to a warrant.
The funny thing is Nick was challenging the notion that what Eric was doing was proper and lawful at that time. Looks like Eric knows texas better than Nick.

That was basically his final step in nuking any reputation he ever had for legal acumen permanently. He was so obviously a slithering, lying snake in that seethestream, and that was before even getting around to defending pissing on someone's ancestor's grave, with similarly insanely idiotic arguments.

Nick managed to come across as such a complete asshole that even people here who'd openly describe themselves as racist sided with the black guy.

From the video, Riley went really close up to event but had Mint hanging back. After the police arrested Riley, Mint was carefully talking to and listening to the police about what lines at the site not to cross.

We actually have a police report about Riley stalking outside the warehouse. The cops, if I remember, did detain him because he was camped outside for like half a day and other people reported it. The cops told him not to come back and then he came back the next day and received a harsher warning.

The piss thing was next.

Eric is in the right to put the boots to this asshole.

Riley had been previously told by the cops to knock off his bullshit. He had been notified of that, I believe, before he vandalized EJ's building. He knew he wasn't welcome there. He fucked around, repeatedly, and finally got to find out.

A little before 2:17:00 it sounds like she is also told that Riley passed on to turn off the stream and to call Dick/Nick? I thought he said call Dick, but the chat seemed to think he said "Call Nick." Mint replied that she understood whatever it was.

I don't know which option is worse.
