From what I remember, after Riley decided to go down to the warehouse where Eric July works and vandalise his property with the sticker, cops dusted it down and pulled fingerprints. He was never charged with anything, but there was a police report that listed "felony stalking" as an offence back in October. So this retard decides to go back down to Texas, harass the black man and his fans and then surprise, the cops have probable cause to arrest him.
