i agree, but he articulates it poorly here.
1 of his older videos did it better. paraphrase of his point in the older vid (i think it was the follow-up to the bg3 review):
-at 1 point in your Human life, you will be discriminated upon.
-it doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, it is part of the human experience.

understanding this^ will help you toughen up or something.

Evil routes were always incredibly niche. You pretty much need to expand your game assets by 50% for it to matter. And even then you don't really have a justification besides the protagonist transforming to a murderhobo.

Yeah, Minthara’s great, she’s just a vicious tyrant who is actively encouraging your character to become a Darkseid-style New God, the euro cuck devs cut a side quest for her where if you were romancing her as a man (based) she’d get pregnant.

The fag developers cut it, despite how fitting it is for the Dark Urge and the Bhaal plotline.

I call Halsin a pedo because for most of Act 2 he’s got this little boy by his tent, he’s a creep and I don’t like it, same with Withers taking that tiefling druid girl if she’s alive in Act 2.

I just don’t like that I can’t tell Withers to fuck off because that quest has one outcome, hope in those new evil endings we can kill that thing for good.

Honestly, I was having such a good time with all the freedom of choice that when the stupid skeleton said no I got pissed.

Halsin should also be killed because he’s purely there for a writer’s fetish.

Ew. Also of fucking course they cut a quest that gets the based Drow pregnant. I bet you they would've made one of the male characters pregnant instead via magic bullshit if they could.
